I reserved a unit on Thursday. I went inside the office the following day as I had a few questions. I asked one question and the older gentleman working was very short with his response and rude. I didn’t even want to ask anymore questions. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day. But leave your problems at the door when you go to work, especially with customer service.

Great group of people with a very nice and cared for facility. They helped me when my payment card expire during my deployment, by calling and letting me know and taking the new information to get things working again. They helped personally on the day I checked in and they were just as helpful and friendly the day I checked out.

I had a unit at this location for 1.5 years and never had any issues with my unit nor the property. The property management was always very helpful, always reachable during their open hours and never gave me any fuss. Property always stayed clean and at no time had traffic jam. Easily got the unit I wanted, even when paying online or in person and the app didnt give any issues when it came time to pay rent! Highly highly highly recommend!
