Bad wifi service and I got charged $150 for sent out technicians. Thanks goodness I switched to Spectrum. They’re the best, strong wifi and cheap price for mobile service. Don’t ever use ATT service, you’ll regret it.

Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Danny was able to get us in and out without having to sit and wait. I would highly recommend asking for Danny when you visit AT&T.

I had an appt at 10am on March 28th, 2025. It is now 10:23 and the store is still locked and not open with the lights off. Terrible.

I am severely disappointed with the “service” I received at this location. In the past, it was my “go to” AT&T store. Not anymore. I had an appointment to upgrade my phone tonight. Mathew signed me in and informed me that they had the phone in stock but the stock was reserved for new customers only. As a customer of more than 20 years, I was disappointed to say the least. Mathew then said we could go to another store and refused to check any kind of stock online or over the phone. I am very disappointed with this store and will not be returning because of the dismissal I experienced tonight and will not be returning. I suggest anyone else steer clear as well.

Came to switch my service from Verizon to AT&T and upgrade my phone. Jacob was really helpful, patient and friendly! I recommend asking for him! 😊

Kevon added next up on our upgrades even after explicitly saying we did not want it. Very unprofessional and shady salesman, highly recommend avoiding this store.

Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in to the store I was met by an employee with dreadlocks or braids and he asked what I was in for. I said to replace my screen protector and he cut me off before I could finish and said for what phones. I answered and he then said take a seat.
There were 4 other groups/ families being assisted by reps, but one was getting ready to be done. He said she will ring you up shortly.
The lady rep that freed up went on to start gossiping about her new man friend and trying to figure out something about an account earlier that day. There were 4 reps - the lady, the man that checked me in, another young man, and an older man in a suit that appeared to be from corporate.
I waited for about 25 mins while the lady went on to her coworkers about her boyfriend and other gossip.
Once I walked over to ask if I could be rung up so I could go the man that checked me in gave me attitude and said she’s working on something. When she is done she will call you. The tone and body language was awful. You do not need 4 reps to one iPad handling an issue in which there isn’t even a customer in front of them.
I told him with that attitude, you can cancel the screen replacement. It is obvious that since I was there to replace a screen and not add a new line of upgrade a phone, they didn’t give my need a priority. I wasn’t going to bring them a sale, so they could care less. What impressed me is that even the guy in the suit heard that and didn’t do anything about it. He had to work on the corporate side.
Disappointed for sure.
