Alejandro showed Excellent customer service. Long story short, a former employee made a mistake and sold us a battery that wasn’t good for our car. It did cause us a huge cost in the long run. But Alejandro owned the mistake on behalf of AutoZone And did whatever possible to get us our money back without a receipt and proper record of the purchase. I really appreciate that

Solved my problem in 5 minutes. Great Job!
My tail light went out. The weather was freezing cold. 🥶
An employee named John was amazing. He immediately greeted me when I walked into the store. I initially could not see him; he was behind the register. He was very polite and immediately offered assistance. I gave him information about my vehicle, and he grabbed the replacement parts and installed it before I could figure out what he was doing. 🤣
I told him immediately that he was a great person and a great employee. We engaged in casual conversation, and he was working on my vehicle at the same time. Very friendly guy.

I walked in the store needing a battery check. Mike was immediately able to help me! He answered all my questions and He did a very good job of fixing my car battery problem!

I called this AutoZone and asked the manager on duty, “how much money do you give per battery core?” He states “$10 per core.”
I then go to the store ten minutes after the phone call. Same manager helps me at the desk, I had two car batteries with me ready to sell. I then confirmed with him that it is $10 per battery core. I asked the manager “so it is $20.” he states “yes.” So we make the transaction. He proceeds to hand me a merchandise card. I explained “you never said anything about a merchandise card. I was expecting cash.” He stared at the ceiling and stated there is nothing he can do about it. I asked if I could get the batteries back and reverse the transaction. He stated no. He never once told me the amount would go on a merchandise card. I’m very unhappy with this location and employee.
