Set up a business bank account earlier this year, including a provision to accept 3rd party checks. I'm a contractor, and I collect insurance company checks from clients. So I deposited a bank of america origin check from Allstate for completion of a project, and they locked my account for fraud. Earlier this year, I accepted a verified funds cashier check from a client, and bofa held it for 11 calendar days. Some rep tried to assert it was only 7 business days - eat an eggplant emoji you held verified funds for 2 weeks. Oh yeah, and i forgot to grab my debit card one time so the ATM ate it. It cannot be retrieved from the atm i have to order a new card. I'd recommend you go across the street to Chase. They have a whole team dedicated to assisting small businesses, and can even expedite extended holds for you at Chase. Thank you bofa for the [insert adjective] customer service.

Terrible customer service. I rarely ever give negative reviews, yet here I am with this one. This is the 3rd time I’ve been inside this location to make a transaction. The people working there just stare at you like deer in the headlights as though they don’t understand they are supposed to greet the customer with a “hello… can I assist you” or some such greeting. I will do all possible to avoid this location. Get a clue folks about who your customers are and what customer service is about, then implement good customer service. There’s more that’s took place, but I will stop here. This branch has a problem and probably many. Please not BOA the majority of us work also, deal with understaffed and all kind of issues at our jobs. This is not a pass for your employees to be uncaring, insensitive, and no excuse for BOA to not provide employees with what they need to know get the fact that the people walking through those doors are why they have a job.

There is no sign-in system. I was told I was next and then waited 30 mins to only see other customers being helped first. I walked out. Pathetic.

I’ve never felt more disrespected than hearing Ana Rodriguez laugh at my bank account info and gossip to other bank workers about my situation. This was totally uncalled for and it has shamed me to a level I’m never thought. I came in after being recommended to this bank a fellow friend and now I see if this is the type of service I’m expecting, then I’ll take my business elsewhere where they at least have the courtesy to laugh in private instead of right in front of you just like Ana did.

Ana Rodriguez was by far the most rude person I've had the displeasure of talking to at any bank. In the 20 years that I've had an accout with Bank of America no one has ever been so blatantly disrespectful to my face. She skipped my spot in line as I got there early to hopefully be seen first. She then called someone who had only arrived a few moments earlier (later than me) in first. When I asked why she didn't ask who was first she said that she serves whoever she pleases in whatever order she wants. When I asked to speak to her manager she said that she IS the manager. She then proceeded to tell me to leave her office and come back later since she didn't want to deal with me. Through the entire ordeal she was scoffing and speaking down to me. I was on the verge of tears. I felt incredibly discriminated against. If I could leave no or even negative stars, I would. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears because Ana needs an attitude adjustment.

UPDATE at bottom:I opened a checking account at THIS branch ~1 year ago and things seemed fine. In 2023 there has been a drop off in customer care. I've gone in seeking details about how to do a wire transfer and was given wrong information. They have closed the drive through, and they often have only 1 teller serving the waiting line. I've never seen a supervisor step behind the counter to help process customers like other retail establishments. It is slow and inconvenient. Yesterday an employee began arguing with me when I asked if she would help me. I heard her exclaim "Jesus Christ' as she walked through a door to the back.BOA sent a reply to my review asking me to contact their support team at either Twitter or Facebook. I have NEVER had an account on either of those social media platforms. BOA is out of touch and inaccessible. I plan to close my account with BOA ASAP.BOA sent a 2nd IDENTICAL reply to my review AGAIN asking me to contact their support team at either Twitter or Facebook even though I have NEVER had an account on either of those social media platforms. This indicates BOA management hides behind a veil of automated replied and no one takes ownership.

If I could give this bank an zero I would. There's never any tellers that care about customers more then walking around looking like they're not doing anything!!! I'll drive 20 minutes away to the Arlington TX location for better service. Close down this bank or get employees who cares!!!!

I have been calling for literally two weeks now and no one answers when I do option to speak with a rep. Are they short staffed? Two weeks seems pretty ridiculous to have no one answer.

Trying to speak to somebody for two days and I keep getting sent to voicemail. For a bank you’d think they would be put together. Shouldn’t be an issue to get a callback.
