Outstanding location. Google stated they opened at 8AM, but when I got there the sign read open at 9AM. At 8:30AM the manager notice me outside, came out, and welcomed me in early. Made my morning! Very friendly and helpful service.

Normally go to a different location, however they were unable to help me this time. Anyway went here Joe the manager was great. Not only did he have everything in stock, he built the battery pack I needed. It was very good work, neat, clean and ready to use. Great personality and answered all my questions. This is my store from now on, I was very impressed.

I came in here to get my iPhone fixed since it would not charge when plugged in. Both staff members I talked to today were super friendly and they were able to fix my phone in less than 5 minutes. The price to fix was also very fair!

I arrived at the Mansfield batteries plus located on Debbie Lane on Saturday, November 22. The visit was to return a battery that was purchased a month ago for my Ducati and the battery was not the correct one and I was looking to exchange for the correct one. I was quickly told that the timeframe for returns had passed and the battery I had purchased was basically a paperweight. I tried to explain the reasons for the delay, which were medical but did not want to use that as a an excuse just maybe a little understanding. The manager on site told me there was nothing he could do and I would just have to purchase another battery , the correct one and the other one is basically unusable. I once again asked for a little leniency not a full refund, but since they’re the ones that looked up the part number maybe they would give me a little grace, but I was told “I don’t understand why your problems should become ours”.
I was very much surprised of this response since I’ve done business with this location over the last 10+ years and I purchased multiple batteries for my Powersports and vehicle needs. Will not be returning to this location again, sure I’m sure I won’t be missed.

I purchased a battery for my car at BatteriesPlus on Debbie Lane in Mansfield, yesterday and had the best customer service from Neil Mallard. He was courteous, professional and quick too! Changed out my battery in minutes. I highly recommend stopping in to see Neil in you’re in need of battery!
