Terrible experience with this bank. When I was paying off my car payment they kept letting me know I was late on payment 2-3 months in a row I payed double. Confused. And by the third month they said it was their fault. I payed off the vehicle finally and they never sent my title. I asked for it right after I payed it off they said it would come in the mail. Just called after a year or so of never receiving it and they said I have to go to DMV to go get it myself. Damn that’s crazy. Never go through with this bank. Tons of bad reviews what is goin on? Do I need to come run the ship for y’all? Cause it’s sinking. But the thing is they don’t care. I would fire who’s in charge.

Staff is rude and treated me like I was an idiot. My card expired and I did not receive my new card when I told them this the lady asked me if I had checked my mail. I was acquired when PNC took over BBVA Compass and have yet to be happy with my service. Every time I talk to someone they are rude, they charge a $7 service charge if you don’t maintain or deposit a certain amount each month. Truly an awful company and I will be closing my account and moving to Chase

I’ve been banking with this bank when it was compass/ and now pnc I really can’t complain because they have been very good to me deal with JOY love her moved to Mansfield now I see FLOWER AND SLYVIA they are so nice and friendly towards me they greet me when I walk into the bank they know me by my name they see about my needs in a timely manner 💯❤️

If I could give a negative review I would. The branch manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I had questions regarding a commercial deposit and she refused to acknowledge me and ONLY spoke to my male counter part. Needless to say our company funds were removed and now I'm a happy customer of BOA.

I have been banking a long time with PNC Mansfield TX branch on Matlock. It has always been a good experience. Today I went in and Sylvia treated me so well. She always is so efficient and makes me feel so welcome. Thank you Sylvia you've been so helpful.

I am now waiting 1 1/2 hours for just a new card. Orange/red head lady talk to people crazy and argue and only the manager know what she doing so it’s so slow.

The only good thing about this bank, was Silvia the teller, she is so kind and greeted all the customers that came in with and also helped me in so many ways, the only thing is l went this week and she was the only one working at front is a teller.

Red Headed Employee has terrible customer service.Questioned- that my deposit was short changed by 20 cents after having my deposit for over 23 minutesWhe I asked her to return to me so I could confirm - since I had verified everything before arriving to the drive thruShe suddenly said oh - it’s correctTell me how a bank teller can not count correctly the first time and add up 20cents !!!Then when I asked her why it was taking so longShe rudely went on rambling about having to count and transact and sarcastically said have a good day and shut off the speaker to keep me from replyingDid not even ask if there was anything else I needed - in fact - I did - I had one other large deposit in my hand to send to herWhen I called to complainThey said they would send the complaint to the bank manager and went on and made excuses for the red headed old lady employee

This bank is AWFUL. I worked for them for about three months before I had to quit. They do not care about their employees. The manager once told a pregnant women she needed to "leave that at home while she's working". The assistant manager once told a girl to basically get over it when she found out someone close to her died.Terrible service, worse management. Do not recommend working here or banking here.
