I am now waiting 1 1/2 hours for just a new card. Orange/red head lady talk to people crazy and argue and only the manager know what she doing so it’s so slow.

The only good thing about this bank, was Silvia the teller, she is so kind and greeted all the customers that came in with and also helped me in so many ways, the only thing is l went this week and she was the only one working at front is a teller.

Red Headed Employee has terrible customer service.Questioned- that my deposit was short changed by 20 cents after having my deposit for over 23 minutesWhe I asked her to return to me so I could confirm - since I had verified everything before arriving to the drive thruShe suddenly said oh - it’s correctTell me how a bank teller can not count correctly the first time and add up 20cents !!!Then when I asked her why it was taking so longShe rudely went on rambling about having to count and transact and sarcastically said have a good day and shut off the speaker to keep me from replyingDid not even ask if there was anything else I needed - in fact - I did - I had one other large deposit in my hand to send to herWhen I called to complainThey said they would send the complaint to the bank manager and went on and made excuses for the red headed old lady employee

This bank is AWFUL. I worked for them for about three months before I had to quit. They do not care about their employees. The manager once told a pregnant women she needed to "leave that at home while she's working". The assistant manager once told a girl to basically get over it when she found out someone close to her died.Terrible service, worse management. Do not recommend working here or banking here.

Have to bank here for a buisness and I really wish I didn’t. You have a buisness account with them but they refuse to give you change . Every single time. I haven’t been able to get more then 2 rolls of Pennie’s and quarters a week for the last 6 months .What’s that going to do? Get me through one full day out of the whole week for a 3 million dollar a year buisness? Yet I can go to chase or any other bank in the area that my employees bank with to get change no probluem. This branch claims there is still a change shortage but no signage stating so in the facility let alone at any other bank in the area.They are rude & turnover here is crazy.Never anyone in this bank yet 3 deposits and a small change order of what they “can” give us take almost an hour every single time.The overall managment of this branch is horrible and needs to be looked at or overhauled because this is just embarrassing. It’s a useless location unless your coming in just to deposit money because they can’t help with anything else other then gladly taking your money

This BBVA bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with,, if you loose your card they don’t have no temporary card,, before mailing the actual card,, it takes more than 2 weeks to get a card in the mail unless you pay 50bucks to get it expedited, customer service:they very rude and talk back badly to you when asking questions.. horrible bank,, ran away from these people…

I have never had such a rude banker before! Kimberly was her name. After calling and confirming the writer of my check they still refused cash it even though the check was from BBVA. Trash staff that needs to be trained in customer service for sure. 1/5/2021
