This is gonna get a little rambly and sad, but bear with me. I'm tearing up as I write this, happy tears I promise.I really struggle with my mental health and laundry has always been an overwhelming and daunting task for me. I let it build up, trying to do laundry as often as my mind and body would allow, but it never seemed to be enough.This Monday 10/23/2023, I finally realized that I can't do it alone and that I needed help. I'd be looking into services for basic laundry, just washing and drying - I don't need anything fancy. I saw how close this location was to me and decided to reach out. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, answering my questions and assuring me that they do this everyday. I proceeded to put all my dirty laundry into garbage bags and load it into my car to drive over. There were about 4 people in the building at the time; a barber/hairstylist with an *awesome* fire red beard, the dry cleaner owner, and 2 customers getting their hair done.I told the dry cleaner owner we'd been talking earlier this afternoon and he realized who I was. I warned him it's a lot and if he's sure he wanted to do it, to which he eagerly agreed. I then proceeded to bring bag after bag of laundry in until my car was empty. He then proceeded to weigh it, a couple bags breaking under their own weight. In total, I had let about ~226lbs of laundry build up over months and months. The clients getting their hair done asked why I had so much, and I told them that I was struggling mentally and laundry has always been a never-ending nightmare for me to do. Instead of doing it, it was easier for me to just buy new clothes so I'd at least have something clean to wear than do laundry.They were all incredibly kind and reassuring - I don't think they realized just how embarrassed and ashamed I was and still am to have let things get as bad as they were before reaching out for help. The man with the fire red beard said something along the lines of "When you don't have clean clothes, it's hard to feel good or happy. I understand how that feels, it's an awful feeling. When my place is dirty or disorganized, I feel the same." Expecting judgement, I got kindness. I can't thank you all enough for that.The owner of the dry cleaners asked me over and over each step of the way as he calculated my bill if I was sure I wanted to keep going, to which I said yes. It was $511.90 total, and it's a price that I am now happy to say I paid. With all the dirty laundry out of my apartment, I finally got the strength to start cleaning everything; taking out trash that I'd let pile up just as long as my laundry and vacuum my bedroom/living room. Without all the clutter my laundry made, starting the process of cleaning was a lot less daunting.Normally, they would have everything done next day (which would've been Tuesday 10/24/2023), but since I had so much, he asked for additional day (Wednesday 10/25/2023) so he could take his time and make sure he cleaned everything well. I told him to take his time, and as long as it was done by Friday 10/27/2023, that would be perfect and I would be happy. He assured me he'd finish by Wednesday and I left still feeling embarrassed but much better and lighter than I had in months.I just picked up everything and while I still have to put it all away, knowing that it's clean and folded/hung makes it a lot easier. I'm forever grateful for what you all have done for me, and I honestly can't thank you all enough for the fresh start. I will definitely be coming back to get a lot of the larger items of laundry that I can't do properly myself done here (i.e. comforters and my bedding, my washer and dryer are pretty small). Now that it's all done, I can work to keep up with it every week and get back into a routine so it doesn't pile up again.Thank you all so much for your business, and you've made it this far into my review, give them a try! Best place for dry cleaning! Went in Monday afternoon with 3 jackets and 2 pants. Told them I needed it by Thursday for a trip. Found out trip was being moved up to Wednesday, and they were able to accommodate me (and even told me if I waited a few minutes, they could give me my suits right then). I am so happy to know that there's a place near me I can trust to get my suits pressed and ready in such a timely manner. Will be going back for all my dry cleaning needs, for sure!

Been using this cleaner for about five years. Not the best, not the cheapest, but the ownership has always been very fair and if something was miss placed, they worked very hard to try to find it. They are just good people trying to do good business.

I received two coats that I can't even describe what happened to them and a missing belt to a very expensive coat. Not happy at all. Never again. Over $100. And extremely overpriced. Only went cause it was close to my home. NEVER AGAIN!!!! SHOULD HAVE CHECKED BEFORE LEAVING, BUT IT WAS STORMING THE DAY I PICKED UP.

They offer customers a discount for good reviews on Google. This means every good review you see is tied to a kick back on the reviewer’s next order. Lame sauce. They don’t actually do dry cleaning on the premises. They outsource it to another location, so you always run the risk of them losing your clothes in transit, which is what happened to me. If I lose something of someone’s I’m going to make it right. This business does not follow that policy. They lost my $100 shirt and only offered to pay back $50. I had that shirt for weddings and final interviews, and was having it cleaned for a final interview. I had to scramble to find something comparable.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Really happy with my recent experience. I brought in my extra large comforter to be cleaned, and it turned out too stiff and lumpy for my liking. When I explained my issue, they offered to clean it again, free of charge, and it turned out perfectly soft and smelling fresh. I appreciate the accommodation and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this place! The owner is so nice and accommodating. He has altered 3 formal dresses for me so far. The prices are fair and reasonable. They have a quick turnaround (3 days), and have always gotten my dresses back to me on the dates as promised.
