This Hotel is below average. The same nasty breakfast everyday. It has an horrible odor. The only thing good about it is the location and the shower pressure.

We ended up needing to stay an extra night. They doubled the price because we weren’t staying two nights when we had already stayed one night. $350 for 12 hours here was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention we saw bugs in the room. I will never stay here again.

This was such a nice hotel. Access is extremely convenient and there are tons of very close food, grocery, and drugstore options. The room was spacious, clean and quiet (except for road noise from 287) But you will have that anytime you stay at a hotel next to a huge highway. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe, important as a solo female traveler. I stayed for three nights and had only pleasant interactions with staff. Everything worked, everything was clean, breakfast options were robust and there was plenty of food available. Really this was one of the better hotels I have stayed at at this price point. I would absolutely recommend, and will stay here again when business brings me up that way.

Overall a good experience. Minor snafu that Edward at the front desk was able to iron out without any issue. We really appreciate the kindness and understanding exhibited by Edward and team. 😊

The front desk lady Rene is great and very friendly. The rooms were as expected but the reason I’m reviewing is that Rene did go out of her way to make the stay a great experience. She has by far done a great job! We will be back

We visited Mansfield, Texas, for the first time and stayed at Best Western Plus Mansfield. Our experience was very satisfying! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional.
A simple breakfast was included in our stay, which was a nice convenience. The location was also great for exploring the area. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
