CAN’T DELIVER ON THEIR WORD!! DO NOT PLACE SAME DAY ONLINE ORDERS FROM THIS STORE!!! Website says you will get it “Same Day” BUT YOU WILL NOT GET IT!! I placed an order at about 10am this morning for about $150 worth of merchandise. I CONFIRMED and SCREENSHOTTED ALL the items because I NEEDED THEM TODAY like their website Promised. Waited all day until 4:30 and when my order arrived it was a SMALL PORTION of what I actually ordered. I called the store because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with corporate, so the girl at the store tells me sorry, Tough sh!t, we don’t have one part another 2 parts were damaged and we sold the other to another customer that came into the store this morning before my order was pulled. Go figure huh? Btw ALL these items are available IN STORE at other locations!! So if I was informed, I could’ve just drove to the other stores. I have purchased THOUSANDS of dollars in merchandise from Bootbarn over the years. In fact I literally just purchased 3 cowboy hats from this same store a couple weeks ago!!! I will be returning the laughable merchandise they sent me and cancelling my order. This will be the LAST TIME I do ANY business with Bootbarn!! I’ll go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Went about 2hrs to closing. They quickly greeted me when I entered. I eventually asked for help to find and fit my first pair of cowboy boots. Diego eagerly stepped up and helped me the heck out. Very good info and advice. He came by frequently to check on me if I needed help. Couldn’t pick and choose my almost impulse buy. Finally got a pair to check out around 5 minutes to closing. They didn’t rush me and they also fixed an error in their discount the computer wasn’t calculating right.
Overall, great, friendly staff. Sorry I kept y’all busy right at closing. Thank you so much again for a more than pleasant experience. Thanks, Diego!

They need to work on their customer service instead of just looking at us and not even ask if we need help or say hello!!! My family went to boot barn on Mansfield 9/22/24. As we walk the ladies greeted us. We went to the man section an older lady asked us if we needed help (which I liked ). On a different section a different older lady asked if we needed help as well. On the women section the lady with long black hair and bangs didn’t even ask we needed help or anything. We went to the boot section the young skinny curly hair guy didn’t even asked if we need help!!! Worst experience! PLEASE EMPLOYEES STOP LOOKING ANS START ASKING IF WE NEED HELP OR SAY HELLO!! So I decided to take my business elsewhere! Shoutout to the older ladies for asking if we needed help!!!

My wife and I visited the store yesterday afternoon because my wife wanted to get a cowboy hat and outfits for an outing this week on a business trip ! We walked in and an older gentleman looked at us when we came in and never said a word and a young lady was working and when a customer right behind us came in they were greeted ! They never walked over so because it was such a negative vibe we drove to Cavender’s and not only was the inventory much more the service was amazing! Went in for my wife and I wound up getting 3 shirts for myself! It wasn’t just that we spent over $600 in Cavender’s, it was the service by at least being greeted and treated! Mansfield Boot barn was a bad experience because we felt uncomfortable and the guy looked me from the boot area and never said a word ! She wasn’t as egregious because he was the one who watched us walk in and he never moved or opened his mouth !

the salesman took plenty of time with me (I think I tried on 8 pairs of boots ? ) and I got the last pair I tried on - I was afraid they were going to have limited selection, seeing as it's located in what's considered to be a smaller suburb in the DFW, but there was definitely enough to choose from !

Doesn't have many options for boots. I love the Arlington store. Service wasnt helpful. I prefer to make the drive and go to another branch.

Love the wide selection of clothing and boots! The store was also very clean and employees were readily available to assist. Decent prices for western wear, which is usually high dollar anyway. Just be aware that the curb outside is very tall - busted my rear walking from the car to the store!

I’d like to give 10 stars if I could. Kristin (I may be spelling it wrong sorry) and Josh (manager) were super helpful after I had a bad experience at the Boot Barn location in Waxahachie. I needed to exchange a pair of boots I was gifted on Christmas for a different size (my size). When I arrived to the Waxahachie location, the manager there was rude & unprofessional. After calling around to other locations, everyone told me I could exchange without an issue. Thank you for your help Kristin & Josh!
