Caliber in Mansfield (and specifically Chris) did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. I chose them based on State Farm’s willingness to pay after my deductible and the ratings I saw here, and they did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded every expectation and my car looks and drives like it was never rear ended.

This was my first experience with this location and overall it was a good experience. My service representative, Sebastian was great at communicating with me. There was an issue with the initial paint texture and Sebastian quickly resolved and the final work was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

I wanted to write this review while my experience with Caliber is fresh on my mind. First, our family has used this establishment 4 or 5 times over the past 10 years. Every time I pick up my vehicle I'm amazed by their skill in paint and repair. The work is absolutely flawless EVERY TIME. I look sideways, in the sun, in the shade and it makes no difference. Because no matter how I view it, it's absolutely perfect.
Secondly, the personal experience of working with these folks is unmatched. I've never met the guys or gals in the back of the shop that do the actual body work and spraying, but I have met the front desk (Kory) and the General Manager Brent Bearden. It's hard to express what it's like to go into a place for service work and find that the person you're talking to really appreciates you being there. Too often, it's a "that's a stupid question" or "could you move it along, I've got a cup of coffee with my name on it getting cold" attitude. Not here. Brent was helpful, friendly, and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. After a career in the USN serving both Sailors and Marines, I know that an organization is a reflection of it's leadership. And Brent Bearden's leadership has certainly made Caliber Collison my go to for paint and body work.
In conclusion, if I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would. So, in lieu of that, I'll just say that they have my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for anyone needing this kind of service.
