Extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision. Rufo and the team at Mansfield,TX kept me in the loop with constant and consistent updates on the repair status of my vehicle. He understood how much my pickup meant to me and did everything he possibly could to put it back to better than even before my incident. Overall extremely satisfied! My pickup looks wonderful!

I stopped in Caliber because I needed help with my door. It would not close. Rufo Calderon help me out. He came out to my car to check on way it wouldn’t close.
He fixed it quickly and was gentlemen!! Very nice and courteous.

Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else. The customer service is horrible. I was treated poorly from the beginning to the end. The repairs were fine but they talked to me in a very rude and condescending manner every time we spoke.

I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, their communication was amazing. Brandon made sure to keep me updated on everything going on with my car, and I never had to guess or wonder what was happening. He was professional, honest, and super helpful the whole time.
They also finished my repairs way faster than I expected. My car came back looking brand new, and the entire process was completely stress-free. I really appreciate how smooth they made everything.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision—especially if you want great work, great communication, and fast service. Brandon and the team truly did an amazing job!
