Purchsed a floor model when brought home pieces were mitch match and belonged to a different couch called and tried toResolve it they offered no resolution and said it was as is very unhappy

I usually read reviews before purchasing an item so was kind of iffy about ordering from this shop.We however loved a discontinued dining set from their site .Sales associate J.O from MANSFIELD TX location went out of his way to find,sell & set up delivery .He even honored the price matching of this item that we had seen from another website.Then the nightmare began .We wasted the whole day at home awaiting the delivery on the designated day .Nobody from the store had called so we called the store and found out that they did not even have an idea that they were to come to our house .There was outstanding order of 2 chairs that they stated would be available at a later date .What suprised me is that I the customer was constantly chasing them on the phone to find out when the chairs would be in .Come June 2023 as directed ,I again called the store and was told that the chairs were available at their warehouse where I was to go pick them up .I asked them to bring them to the Mansfield TX location where it would be easier to pick up as I had to bring my mum to various medical appointments and was short on time .Again it was I the customer constantly following up on where/ when the chairs were .Nobody had bothered to call .I was unable to pick up on the scheduled Sunday and so arrived at the store on the following Monday to find out that the chairs were never brought from the warehouse.The manager (assumed since he wore a black outfit different from the rest of the employees each time I visited the store ) then proceeded to tell me that it had rained and hence deliveries were backed up .I then proceeded to ask him about why nobody had bothered to call and inform me all along about this and had waited till I got to the store .I expressed my displeasure on having to always call them about an order with no effort on their part .He did not appear in the least bothered, was very patronizing and began to argue back and forth with me and making me appear as if it was my fault and responsibility to find out about my order.The original sales associate J.O was watching all this happen .As I walked out the store and said I would write a review, he even said that he thought his sales associate J.O would need a positive review on their service implying that he was not in the least bothered .SHOPPERS BEWARE…I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Came in to the store just to “see” the living room sets little did we know we would quickly decide to actually buy a set… We were greeted as soon as we walked in which was awesome!! America was very helpful and sweet! We were offered and all she was just great. The store smelled so good and the showroom is great I’m so excited to get our new living room set!!

BIG LOTS kicked us out, been saying let’s go to Canelas a store open on a Sunday till 8PM must have a great customer service. Walked in Jamie helped us, made easy and quick. We are happy with purchase. Will be coming back for more.

Bought this cute Reggie Full Bed for our guest room at Canales Furniture in Mansfield. We had terrific customer service from a young man (I wish I could recall his name) who helped us in ordering it to be delivered. Delivery was also fantastic, they arrived as promised and every piece was wrapped and in pristine condition. Very happy with our purchase & we highly recommend this store.

Super quick and easy buying process ! Jaime asked questions about my family’s needs and provided several options to help me make the best decision for my kids’ needs . No pressure at all. Jaime was very nice and welcoming during our visit . I’ll definitely buy again soon and ask for Jaime .
