This car wash has deteriorated. It left stains on my windows and scratched my Audi on the bottom edge close to the back tires. I would be hard pressed to go there ever again.

Took my car through the wash and went for hand drying by the rep. Then I proceeded to the vacuum area and thats when I noticed large grease marks on the driver side. I know the risk but my other car has gone through without any issue. I asked the professional if they had some kind of degreaser to remove the grease. He said no - a detail car wash with no degreaser. He said they don’t have it because they don’t have anything with grease. I tried to explain my car went in sparkling white but came out with these huge streaks. No compassion, no empathy—nothing. The hand dryer dried the car but left the grease marks everywhere. I’m not worried about the grease marks just the lack of customer service. There could have a been a machine function but the rep wasn’t hearing it.

Wow I'm in complete shock over what this car wash did to my new car. I paid for the "top of the line" $28 wash expecting exactly as described. Apart from my vehicle being left dirty, the amount of deep scratches all around the exterior is ridiculous. I have never experienced this ever before. I now have to go through a costly series of paint correction to avoid seeing long scratches all over my new car's paint. Unacceptable!

Have been to pretty much every car wash in Mansfield, this is by far the WORST bang for your buck. The $20 wash gets you a bad hand dry wash and doesn’t even include tire shine! A few better carwashes in the area would be: Britezone, Clean Getaway and Mint.

They did a great job and the prices are reasonable. Keep in mind that the detail pricing includes the car wash.
