Terrible experience!! Went in this past weekend for my appointment to meet with a banker to change my last name since I just got married. I met with a lady named Ronalsha and everything seemed to go fine. Yesterday I got my new card in the mail expecting to see my new last name on it and it was still my maiden name?! I called a general customer service # for Chase and the guy explained that they can’t change last names at their banks and that I have to fill out some form and mail it back in order to have it changed.. why did this lady waste a whole hour of my day then?! They need to do a better job of training their bankers, this is just ridiculous.

Bunch of pathetic idiots incapable of helping anyone. I've been a customer for over 10 years and all of a sudden my accounts are closed and they refuse to give me my money out of my accounts.

Would put 0 if I could. Just incompetent people working all over the place. 2 bankers on staff in the middle of the week on the third day of the year. I’m told to wait for Maria as she finishes up, 5 people walk in and this lady walks in last and has a meeting with “Doug” who isn’t even on staff today. So she has to meet with Maria, I’m then told I have to wait until after the lady. After waiting for 20 minutes. They also have no AC…dump. Go to sublet and 360, 8 bankers on staff and get told that they’ll have to check the calender to make sure they can fit me in, sit for 2 seconds and get helped. Efficient and friendly. Ask for jim brown.

Went to this location, which is closest to me, to open a business checking account for a newly registered LLC. Walked in and the bank is near empty, which is typical here. There's a lot of empty desks and some hidden tellers in the back. After a few minutes of waiting in the open area, I walked over to an associate to ask for assistance. He informed me that because he was an associate banker, he could not help me setup a business checking account. I would need a banker, and the single banker at the location was booked for the day. I only saw one other banker, and she had headphones on and appeared to be doing some online training. All good, I knew before hand I could have done this online, but I preferred to go in and ask a few questions about financing options for the business. You know, personal banking. The associate banker told me "because you need a business checking and not a personal, this has to be done at a branch, it can't be done online." At that moment I knew he was undertrained/misinformed so I left the location and went home. It took me all of 5 minutes to setup, just some personal details and uploading one document. This bank seems worthless besides the hidden tellers in the back, not sure what is going on but it doesn't feel like a bank. It feels like a weird empty office with junior staff and some ATM's. Disappointed to see personal banking is no longer a thing.

Last Wednesday afternoon, when I experienced IDENTITY THEFT on my Chase banking account, my husband and I went to this local branch to see what next steps should be taken. The tellers said they would not be able to assist me with anything unless I had an appointment -- and the next available appointment was on Monday afternoon.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! My account is frozen due to identity theft and your solution is to have me WAIT 5 DAYS?!?! This is totally unacceptable! This location is absolutely worthless. Whatever you need, find another bank or another location.

Go to any other local branch and save your time. This is my closest branch but have had countless problems with the managers and staff at this location. From issues with the atm to the cashiers not wanting to take a check for my business account. Went to a different branch and was out in less than 3 min with the check deposited and ready the next day.It will always be a hassle to deal with this branch, this is why they have a less than 3 star rating. This has been going on for a long time.

Came in prepared with questions regarding personal and business financing for my new business. An associate at the desk asked if I needed help and I said yes, so he told me I could wait in line and the teller would answer my questions. He did not even know what my questions were, did not ask me to wait a moment, or did not suggest I schedule an appointment. I am not a chase customer. After this experience I will happily go to the competitor next door.

The SLOWEST bank I have ever been to. Plus when I come here, which is only for my jobs deposits, they are never on the same page. Some want my ID, some don’t, and half the time I give them my ID and they seem confused because my name isn’t on the account.

Be very careful checking cash deposit, several tellers speak very poor English, today was the third time an older woman teller claimed I put less money in my deposit than notated on my slip. Each time when I argue that she needs to double count she says to wait… miraculously after 3 mins additional in the line she comes back on screen and claims she “found it” … coincidence highly unlikely since this keep happening with the same woman.

Poor service by bank teller name Cohn ( she wasn't wearing her badge name ) My son needed his pin to be reset for his debit card , we brought his passport since that's his only government ID ( he's a minor ) she wouldn't help us and got us to drive home and get a second ID . Even though his Highschool checking is under my account and I had my debit card and 2 forms of IDs . She just wanted to be unhelpful without reason
