Try to withdraw money and it shut neforebi could grab and it still charged my account and instead of giving me the cash I tried to withdraw they said I had to make with customer service 👎

David was super helpful and kind! I went in to apply for a new credit card with a sign up bonus. David helped me and we were done in under 10 minutes. I was approved and got the 100k points I was after. He even expedited my card! Definitely recommend this location and David Rico for your financial needs.

Although I'm team Chase Bank I'm going to have to make a change of my financial institution for both my personal and business as I'm highly disappointed at how Chase handled me after years of service.
About 4 weeks ago I entered the bank to move some money across business accounts, Although I entered the account name and the teller completed the deposit slip with the account number (as they often offer to do) the clerk inadvertently entered the account number of another business account that I owned.
This clerk error impacted my payroll causing company embarrassment. After showing the bank where they made the mistake, I asked for some type of documentation explaining that this error was due to a clerical error by the bank. They told me they couldn't write anything, to which I requested a manager. I was told there was no Manager on Duty and that they would give him (Miguel) my information and have him call me. 3 days went by, no call. I took time from work again, when back to the bank I was told Miguel was busy but they will remind him to call. It's been 4 weeks, I've still recieved no call back.
I own a preschool with my wife, a consultant company, and a potential dog boarding school i thought Chase would be our bank of choice but, I'm definitely opening up to the market for a new banking home where I will be treated as a valued customer.

Every time I come here, the ATM is either not accepting cash deposits or just not working at all. Thanks Chase. Edit: Just waited in the ATM line for 10 minutes, only to pull up to a "not accepting cash deposits" message. This branch is a sh*thole.

Just stop by to open a savings account. Bank is empty but I'm told that the "person who opens accounts is booked up for the entire afternoon - you should open it on the app instead". So much for personal customer attention.

After being turned away from another Chase branch when trying to open a business account as a walk-in, we went to this Mansfield branch. Greeted by an employee we later learned was Miguel Torres, branch manager, he bent over backwards to help us even though they did not have any appointment availability. Miguel took another customer himself to free up Jessie Driggs who assisted us with the sent up of our accounts. What a great team to work with. Thank you Miguel and Jessie for your accommodation and professionalism. Other branched could learn from your customer service. We appreciate you!

Went to this location early in the morning about 10 AM looking to use their notary services, was told notary will not be available until 2 PM. Return around 2:30 waited almost 30 minutes no one approached me walked to the teller and asked if the notary is available was told I needed to wait an additional 15 to 30 minutes. Level of customer service at this location sucks

I went to have a legal name change!I had previously visited another Chase center, pioneer in Arlington.When I went to pioneer I was asked for a lot more documentation, I asked a few questions and was turned away during my lunch break.My job hours interfere with chase hours.Long story short!I went to this Chase and Kimberly made it really simple and easy to help me with my legal name change.Information I was sent for from other bank she was able to see in the system it was updated.I was in and out.It helps to have knowledgeable employees!!I was very pleased with Kimberly ?!
