Wow! Last night I was blown away by the friendly, efficient service that we had when we came for dinner close to 8 pm! At least 4 different workers asked how our meal was, could they get us anything else, and asked if we needed a refill! The cashier was super friendly and personable! Of course the food was just as it should be and the restaurant was clean. In an age where it’s hard to find good help, especially at a fast food restaurant, somehow they have managed to find young, enthusiastic and friendly individual to work for them! Kudos

I went through the drive thru before work around 6:30AM to get breakfast. I was the only car there and was first sent to the window to place my order because apparently I was in the mobile app lane only. This was no problem because maybe I should have paid more attention. It was when I got to the window I was sent to park in a number to PLACE my order. When the girl came to me to take my order her card reader wasn’t working. She then went back to get another one and that one wasn’t working either. So then she asked me if she could take my card inside to place the order. At this point I had already been there for almost 15 minutes and my order still wasn’t placed when they could’ve just taken my order and I paid at the window or the girl standing in the line could’ve taken it since there was not any other cars? I left because it was a very inconvenient experience and I never have these type of problems with Chick-fil-A.

Me and my friends come here all the time during lunch WE LOVEEE THE CHIC-FILL-A ON DEBBIE BECAUSE OF JACKSON!! He’s the best he always gives us the MOST EXCELLENT costumer service. He’s efficient, kind, and he always has a great positive attitude?

Good eats.I never tried their breakfast menu, and I believe it's just as good, if not better than their lunch.Yeah. I said it.Great all around.The staff, no matter where you go, are serviceable and nice as always.But that should go without saying.

The Mansfield Chick-fil-A on Debbie Lane is an amazing experience! I use the Chick-fil-A app to place my order for mobile thru lane service. My food is always hot, fresh and ready to go! The store's employees are friendly and helpful, no matter what you need for them to do! Overall thank you Debbie Lane Chick-fil-A for providing a ????? experience time and time again!Dietary restrictions: Quality and quantity of excellent food for the best value provides nutrition.Wheelchair accessibility: While also providing accessibility in the restaurant, the mobile thru service is priceless for anyone who wants to simply drive up to the store and get hot, freshly made menu items.

So apparently I got in the wrong Drive thru lane and they refused to take my order. I am new to the area and don't know the layout of this Chick fil.AVery disappointed with your customer service. You just lost a customerVery disappointed and won't be back.

I absolutely love the team members at this location! It’s so nice to always be greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. The heart-shaped nugget trays in time for Valentine’s Day are also just too cute!

Came through the drive-through as I usually do on all chick-fil-a locations. I was the only vehicle there waiting and noticed there was a fantastic 5 driver-through employees on the other lane having a wonderful time. I finally got tired of waiting on them so I rolled my window down and asked if I could get some help. I was told I was on the online order lane and would have to go around the restaurant just so they could help me because God forbid them having to take 5 steps to take my order hence I was the ONLY car in the drive-through… I guess it’s true what they said Chick-fil-a died when it’s true owner passed away…

This chick fil a never gets our orders right. Every single time they forget something from our order it never fails. They have good customer service but it is really tiresome that everytime we order from them we get home and we are missing things such as dressing for salad, a burger, mac & cheese etc. I like the convenience of this chick fil a being down the street from me but at this point I think I rather drive to the one on walnut creek to avoid the hassle of all the back and forth. They should definitely double check that the order is complete before giving it to the customer. I hope management does start putting attention to the reviews since by the look of the other reviews this seems to be a constant issue.

I called to let them know I was outside and no one was coming out with my order as it said it would on the app. So I then called and I started speaking and she hung while I was talking and wouldn’t answer when I called back.

Honestly I don’t understand what happened to this location literally if doing to much but not enough was an establishment you have ONE DRIVE THRU LINE. But a mobile order line and curbside pickup that’s literally two of the same pickup option now you have the drive thru line that has lines of cars blocking the Main Street which kinda an inconvenience to the cars trying to get to the other establishments. I would honestly either get rid of the mobile thru line or switch the mobile side with the regular driver thru. Have the second line on the furthest right be a passing lane so customer can drive around.In doing so the drive thru line still stays in the actual Chick- fil- a parking lot while mobile orders can successfully pass through.??♀️
