Went there for a concern regarding my heater core failing and potentially leaking. The team there was extremely helpful and very professional. They checked my concerns and did all the diagnostics necessary for any potential problems. Ultimately the solution was something simple and was quickly fixed. They didn't push me to do anything more than what was needed but also kept me apprised of future repairs that I may need to address. Overall had a great experience and service.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. They're expensive and incompetent, and the communication is HORRIBLE or nonexistent. TWICE I had to leave my vehicle for further repair and evaluation after being told it was ready, and then BRING IT BACK TWO ADDITIONAL times after being assured it was fixed only to find the promised work was not completed or not done properly to address the issues THEY IDENTIFIED ! When I picked it up the FINAL time, it had some new minor body damage. I had used them previously for a minor repair to another vehicle, and everything went perfectly, which is why I felt confident using them again and even recommending them to others. Something must have changed and not for the better since then because they still couldn't get it right after being given 4 attempts to do so.My car is still not fixed, and now I have to fix the body damage, but I won't take it back there. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I hate to think of anyone else wasting so much money and time and having to experience what I have endured . I wish I could give this place zero stars. It doesn't even deserve one.

We had purchased 4 new tires at Discount Tires in Midlothian and we needed an Alignment. So Jack at DT gave us Christian Brothers information. Si o called and made an appointment for the following day. I took my wife's car and within 1 hour all together, the service was done. I am so pleased with Christian Brothers Automotive that I will be bringing in.my 2001 Chevy 2500 Silverado for a total check up.

Nobody likes to go in for auto repair or maintenance, but I feel like if you have to, it should be somewhere like CBA. They have great staff ,like James, who is friendly and will give you helpful tips/advice on your vehicle. If you have an automotive need I highly recommend CBA Mansfield.

I really like their approach. I’ve never seen a car shop so advanced in their technology. I received a text update on my vehicle that sent me a link to fully detailed explanations of issues. It was a full report that showed everything that was working well, everything that needed immediate attention, and everything I should consider. No pressure.
The link included pictures and videos as well so that I could understand and read through on my own (and Google search or ask other friends what things mean to independently verify what I was being told) before circling back with the shop, but they were quick to offer a phone call explanation as well.

Great reception as I walked in.
Listened as I explained my problem. They suggested a solution and gave me a reasonable price. Told them I needed it done today and that was not a problem.
After work started, they found that I should add new parts that weren't included to fix the problem but is was going to raise the cost of repairs very high. I was concerned and a bit angry but they came back to me with a compromise that was more than fair.
Repairs were completed on time, car is running great.

This was my first time here recommended by a Sister. The guys at the front desk were friendly and welcoming my furry friend. James offered beverages and snacks in the waiting area. The chairs were comfy to read my book as I waited for my services to be completed. Thank you gentlemen

I have taken my vehicle to this place multiple times. Let me say, the staff is absolutely outstanding, they are courteous and professional. I have to give a huge shoutout to James in particular, today he provided me with outstanding customer service/care. Can’t say enough about this shop. I’d give them more stars if I could.
