I was faced with a very stressful situation, getting off of the interstate and hitting a pothole that caused two flat tires. Kathy at the front desk was such a breath of fresh air immediately got me a room and was so sweet to me and my three kids to meet all our needs!

The elevator makes a loud sound going up and shakes makes it feel like we’re about to fall. The bed sheets had stains and when i turned on the heater because i was cold it gave out a weird smell and made the fire alarms go off until i turned off the heater?? The workers were friendly and very helpful though:)
