THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!
Came in for a new line, fully convinced to switch to Cricket. Walked in the store, the girl at the reception (Marlene) was on her phone, very disinterested in providing any help or answering my questions. I mentioned that I would like to switch my line to Cricket. Without asking about what plans I might be interested in or need, she looked at me and informed me that it would cost $120+ just to make the switch, in addition to the monthly payment (which she decided for me that I would take one of their more expensive plans). I was perplexed as I thought the prepaid plans were more affordable than lines from other carriers.
I decided to leave since getting more information from a disinterested girl on her phone seemed futile. Only when I was by the door and ready to exit did she ask if I thought her offer was too expensive or if I wanted another plan. By then, I had lost any and all interest in being a customer for Cricket or giving Marlene any sale.
This is not an upsell opportunity but an absolute ripoff. I will try another Cricket store, hoping I'll find someone more interested in making a sale and not flat out ripping me off.

This place has had such an upgrade ever since the new team has arrived. The team in there is so helpful and kind to customers. I would 100% go again every time I am in need of something.

Terrible service without any experience, the representative who is at 2 pm in the store at 900 n walnut creek dr mansfield tx I do not recommend this guy, he does whatever occurs to him, terrible, terrible service

don't go to the store they only make you spend money and if you don't buy the stuff they selling you to they won't help you and they make you pay whatever you want to do in there I went in there and try to do a connection on the phone and they make me pay $10 for a esim card and because I didn't bought him a screen protector or a case he just said that he couldn't do it and and my phone was not legible

This place is a rip off. They charged me 75$ to add a line to my existing plan. Told me the bill was supposed to be 90$ a month and instead charged me 135$ a month. Charged me for a protection plan I did not want, nor did he ask if I wanted it. Signed me up for HBO and never ask if I wanted it. Had to call cricket customer service to fix his mistakes. Jean is a horrible sales person. Will never go to this store again.

Christopher is an amazing employee, he's very polite,he is very helpful in the hardest of situations. I appreciate everything he could do for me even though he didn't scam me another employee that works in Grand prairie did. He did whatever he could to resolve the problem and was very professional about it.

Was not very helpful at this location. The younger gentleman seem like he was on something couldn't answer any questions really. Just said that to transfer it would be roughly $380 dollars. Will went to different location and got outstanding help and alot better deal.
