After a dismal experience with another local storage place, I opted to try here. Made my reservation online, and quickly received a phone call asking if I needed any help with finishing the process. I said no and finished up online and quickly got another call verifying I got my e-mail with the gate code and explaining about the locks. Unit was ready almost immediately, and there were no surprise costs or fees. Very happy with the experience.

Kelly, the manager was very welcoming and helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to make my move go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend renting a unit from Kelly . It was very easy to set everything up with her.
