I have two prescriptions medicines from my doctor the pharmacy always gives me one they don’t give me other.I’ve been on the same medicine for three years but they causing problems. They shouldn’t play with people’s health. I’m very disappointed today

I visited the CVS at 2200 Matlock Road in Mansfield, TX, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Muhammad who was working that evening. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and immediately asked if I needed help. He had such a positive demeanor and upbeat energy, and he made me feel truly valued as a customer.
At checkout, Muhammad was funny, kind, and just an all-around pleasure to interact with. I ended up coming back later for a second item, and he was still just as friendly and welcoming. You can tell he really enjoys his job and appreciates the customers who come through the door.
Employees like Muhammad make all the difference he absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!). Outstanding customer service.

The man working the pharmacy drive through tried to mansplain insurance to me like I was an idiot when I asked him to run my husbands secondary insurance policy. Every time we come in they never run his secondary policy and it gives an incorrect amount to collect. I asked him if he could flag it in the system to run both like they did for my daughter and he proceeded to tell me that because my husband is the subscriber it has to be primary with my policy being his secondary. How that had anything to do with the question I asked I still do not know. I am an insurance manager and I understand how insurances work. What I don't understand is how CVS can consistently get it wrong and then have an attitude when it has to be run correctly. The man working the drive through needs training in sensitivity and active listening to better his be able to communicate with patients. I can be contacted if you have any other questions.

Used to be a five star but now that they don’t allow you to call them you must leave a voicemail and you’re not allowed to speak with anybody over the phone until they call you back. I find that absolutely ridiculous. A pharmacy is a place where people need things for their health, medical conditions, and emergencies. There’s no reason that you shouldn’t be able to call the pharmacy and speak to person! It’s happening at CVS now you have to call and leave a voicemail. You can’t just call and speak to person.
