It's way better than the CVS on Walnut Creek, the staff here is friendly and nice. The other store is rude.

Terrible service, 5 day delay on antibiotics ear drops, two visits for pick up still haven’t received it, I had to tell them today to transfer to another pharmacy hopefully I can get it in the am. Poor communication, initial pick up they didn’t tell the person there was a delay, when I called automated machine said Monday by 7pm, still wasn’t available today, no decency to notify the parent of the delay and other options, they delayed my child treatment.

This was my best experience at this store yet! No line at the pharmacy counter and I was promptly helped by a friendly, pharmacy technician. I then went and purchased another item and the clerk was prompt and friendly! I was in and out in no time and felt like a valued customer! ??

MEDICAID CLIENTS- They will tell you that your medicine is on "back order" and that you have to pay oop for the medication now. They also "don't know" which ones are covered by Medicaid but know the one that's covered is on "back order". We have been waiting 5 days for antibiotics for my child's ear infection. I have picked up medication for ear aches at this CVS before had no issues until now.I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and am going to remove my entire household from using this pharmacy. I was also going to get my shopping done here as well. I'd rather go to Walmart then give my money to this place.

My wife was missing 5 pills, we called the manager and they said they have video audits and cameras that verify 30 pills, she only received 25. We have called corporate to file a complaint, as well as with the state. Our advice is, If you have a controlled substance prescription, count them at the counter before you leave.

CVS Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy!Their service and follow up feels like it is from back when people cared about each other. My RX ended up here because my usual didn't have my medication. What a blessing in disguise. It literally is mind blowing to have someone go the extra mile for you and then follow up. Being a senior citizen you get used to feeling like a number only. If you don't want to feel like that anymore I promise you will be so pleased with the service here. I used the word service because that is what you get here! By the way, this is my second review ever. I don't take it lightly. BlessedwBella

CVS continues to VIOLATE MY PRIVACY by calling and texting the WRONG phone number to advise me that a prescription is ready for pickup. Obviously, I am not receiving the notifications as they are using an INCORRECT phone number. I’ve spoken to the pharmacy and advised them on more than one occasion that the number they have in the system is incorrect. They assure me that they will correct the error and invariably they don’t. If my insurance company didn’t force me to use CVS, I would have chosen another more reliable and reputable pharmacy years ago!

0 stars all the way. I had an issue with my prescription the first time I went to pick it up, they didn’t close it all the way and it all spilled in my bag, then the bottle I was given for 10 days was less than it should be so I only had sufficient for 7 days (no I didn’t spill any, I gave exactly as directed nothing more). The pharmacist was extremely rude and yelling at me saying they do not make mistakes and he will not do anything about it. (Pharmacist had a very thick African accent) called my kiddos PCP she stated the pharmacy have to fix that & most likely was less than directed due to already not paying attention and not fully closing the first med bottle. Other staff were nice and helpful but the actual pharmacist kept yelling over the phone. Very unprofessional.

The CVS pharmacy minute clinic is a joke!! Lacy Castlebrrry FNP)We made the mistake of using this location to complete a COVID test, prior to my son visiting Brazil.Insurance will not cover the expense of the test being conducted one day prior to a trip.We paid $139 and we're told this was the full amount per CVS and the minute clinic! We received a bill almost a month later for an additional $10.00? It makes no sense. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this doctor and location. I've rarely visited a Walgreens until now!!I assure you after this, they are the place to be!!

4/11/23 8:05 pm: I called with 2 questions. Nina and manager working both too lazy to find out the answer to my questions of how much a service that CVS provides is. I am so annoyed begging them to their job and help me.

Out of stock on medication essentialto breathing, wait two days, then was told it would be ready at 8pm.. get there at 810pm.. they close at 8pm! The two clerks could care less, would not even acknowledge my existence when I was trying to talk to them through the gate... only the pharmacist would talk to me and stated that the CVS on sublet would be able to fill the prescription. Drive up to Sublet- super nice team by the way! BUT the location didn't have her medication either... closest available: Downtown Dallas! This store had no problem pushing us off to the next day showed ZERO compassion or empathy, then compounded the issue by sending us on a wild goose chase. How this place can be so heartless... never again, never CVS.

I wish I could give it 0 star! They don't have enough medicine there. I came twice for my son medicine and twice they told me they have to order. There was one occasion they said no medicine but then I was there that very drug was found stuck in a drawer!!! This is a horrible place to get your med.

I scheduled my appointment online for the Minute Clinic Covid Rapid Testing. After completing the self test in the enclosed booth with the testing administrator (who was less than nice), I was told my results would be ready in 3 hours. I would receive a text or email notification letting me know when the results had arrived. That was 5 PM yesterday and it is now 230. I still have not received my results. I have gone online to check My Chart and they're not posted there either. This is ridiculous and just like the other reviewer on here that this has happened to, I'll be calling my insurance to report it.
