Whenever I call this pharmacy they never pick up the phone, I ALWAYS have to go inside the store to actually speak with someone. Also, the lack of customer service is insane. I called with my provider on the line to see how much a prescription would be and we were told “No, I can’t check it for you, call later”. Please get someone on the phone who has the necessary customer service skills to actually assist, please. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to another location.

The ENTIRE staff of ladies (techs and pharmacist Jamie) at the CVS Pharmacy located at 1801 Hwy 287 N. Mansfield, TX are EXCELLENT! I absolutely love the great customer service that is shown each and every time I am there !

By far my pick for getting my Rx filled. The staff is amazing, yes they are normally busy, but they are still able to get thing done quickly. They always make sure I understand the RX and watch for conflicts. Any time I've had issues with insurance, they always do everything that can. Plus the wait is normally short.

Walked up to pick up my medicine it was 7:00 and one woman in front of me. It clicked over to 7:01 and they all claimed they couldn’t help us! Where is the customer service. Why does this pharmacy close so early?? It should be open until 9:00 like the store!! Very disappointed.

Peter, the pharmacist, was exceptionally rude and condescending. I asked him to repeat what he said and he said it with an unnecessary attitude. I told him my phone cut out and he didn’t need to talk to me like I was incompetent.

SOMETIMES IT IS OK BUT THEY LOVE TO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND SOMETIMES JUST PICK IT UP AND PUT IT ON HOLD OR HANG UP ON YOU. BETTER THAN THE WALGREENS NEARBY BUT STILL SLOW. I RECOMMEND USING CVS MAIL ORDER WHEN POSSIBLE. THE MAIL ORDER SYSTEM IS AWESOME AND ANSWER THEIR PHONE IMMEDIATELY

i’m not sure who i spoke with but they helped me tremendously ! i’ve been on a goose chase trying to get my medication for 3-4 days now and as soon as i called this location they said they’d have it filled in 10 MINUTES !! THANK YALL ? my previous CVS wouldn’t even help me find a location that carried my meds . y’all were beyond helpful !!
