I went to Crystal for lashes, withing a day my eyes were red and itchy, went to ER and the Doctor told me when I asked: “ I’m not allergic to latex, glue, or plastics what is wrong Dr? He said: let me show you what those lashes had on them, it is called “ Mycota” it comes from having 2 or or more people handling the instruments and fake lashes, and not disinfecting their tools or areas, they develop “fungus” from coming in contact with their germs and applying to your lids. I have pictures of my eyes but it won’t allow me to put them on. Dr called the Health Dept I called my lawyer.

Ok, the story is that my sister made an appointment for me to do eyelashes at 4:00pm but she postponed it to 3:45 and I was fine. This morning the customer postponed the appointment and she called me all the time wanting me to come at 2:00pm or 2:30pm??? ? I was sorry, I just woke up and contacted her and then she told me, how did you know I was sleeping? Then when I arrived and there was a traffic jam, I told her, she told me I was coming from far away, and that she sympathized with me, but then I was 5 to 10 minutes late and asked to pay an extra $15 for waiting, but I had been waiting since 2 o'clock. When I came in, she was very rude to me. , forced me to lie down on the bed immediately, without sitting for consultation. Once I got there, I asked her what length of eyelashes she wanted. After she finished speaking, she asked for the type of eyelashes she liked and she said, "The shape of the eyelashes is not qtrong." "Qtrong is "After I set the length myself, I asked him to close his eyes and do it. At that time, I still didn't know what type of eyelashes I was doing. I asked again and again but still didn't respond. I just said "I know" and then did it for me. It's very bad, like from the first step of preparation it's very painful, not professional and gentle, my eyes are scratchy and hurt because my eyes don't close, when I'm done, when I open it, I say baby doll, I match baby doll, etc. is done very quickly, not meticulously. When I got home, I saw that it had collapsed so I asked her to come back tomorrow, while I said I had a flight tonight, then she scolded me.

But today she called my sister many times to reschedule my appointment to 2pm but I couldn't pick up the phone and she talked to my sister in a very disrespectful way that I had to be there. any time for her to reschedule even if she already confirmed our appointment. Since my sister couldn't contact me, I still went to the appointment but I was 5 minutes late and she charged me $10, which was okay because it was my fault for being late even though I hadn't attended. any service (including a doctor). appointment) charges $10 for each 5-minute delay. As soon as she met me she had a very bad attitude and didn't even take the time to ask what I wanted my lashes to look like. I don't have thick eyelashes but she still created them that were so long and thick. But the worst thing is that we never could have imagined that she would be the one to post her story to complain about me as a customer and call me stupid even though I didn't cause any trouble. for her. Anyway, if I could, I would rate this service 0 stars and highly discourage it if you don't want her mentioning you on your social media.

As soon as she met me, she had very bad attitude and didn’t even take time to consult how I wanted for my lashes. I didn’t have thick eyelashes but she still created too long and thick lashes. But the worst thing that we could never imagine that she was the one who post on her story to complain about the client who was me and calling me no brain even i didn’t even make any trouble to her. Anyway if i could i would rate 0 star for this service and very unrecommendable if you don’t want her to mention you on her social media.

I've had my hair cut, colored, & styled by Grace in Mansfield for many years. She always does a superb job. Today, I asked her to change up my hair color & WOW everyone loved my "new" look! Grace also suggests products to help my hair texture that I really appreciate. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to take advantage of true talent & look your best!

I want share my experience today (8/13/23). I am a client who comes to one of your suites on a regular to get pampered. While I am here, it's my little getaway from any stress. It's one hour that I get to rest and close my eyes to relax during my session. Normally, I would get that but not today. Today, an owner at a neighboring suite decided to bring a family of 7 along to wait outside of her suite while she serviced her client. The whole time I was there, they were laughing, talking loudly, playing videos at a high volume off their phones, etc. This caused a very bad experience for me as a paying customer and could cause the owner of the suite I attend to lose clients. I wish Samantha Eshleman at suite 105 would be more considerate.
