I had a Pirelli run flat that I needed to change out. There was a small problem finding the tire (discontinued) they found it and then lost it lol no big deal things happen so they found ANOTHER Pirelli and got it in asap. Hunter had me come in and put it on in 10 minutes. He also hooked me up for the small inconvenience WAY more than needed to be. I go to THIS DT every time. Thanks guys for always knocking it out of the park!! KD

These guys are the best. Getting air they noticed a slash in my tire I didn't see on the sidewall. Potentially saved our lives. Got a good deal on new tires on top of it.

While replacing 4 tires on my vehicle there was one tech who was repeatedly throwing my lug nuts to the ground!!! He was also throwing a mallet to the ground right next to my vehicle that could've caused damage had it hit my truck!! What he didn't know was that I was watching him from another vehicle. I was so in shock I didn't capture it all on video but I did record what I could. I did report it to the young man inside but I'm sure nothing will change. I will NEVER spend money there again. I suggest you take time to watch the bay of you decide to give them your business.

I had called in the morning asking for a wait time to get two tires changed. They told me it would be 45 minutes. I get there in five minutes shortly after the call and I end up waiting two whole hours just for two tires to get changed. It took me asking for a manager to get my car fixed. Maybe it’s because I only needed two tires changed and didn’t really care as much. Nonetheless I will not be coming back here. I was sent a link to keep track of the progress and it had not moved for two hours. I asked one of the employees how much longer the wait was because the time stated to be in the bay was way past the time I asked. No one gave me a real time frame. It took until I asked for the manager for a time stamp.

Great service always. These guys patched my punctured tire for free. The tires were originals from the dealership so it’s not like I had a warranty with them yet they still fixed it and very quickly at that. I’ve bought tires at Discount Tires locations for the past 10 years on all my vehicles and I refuse to go anywhere else.

It took 3 people to find the hole in my tire, which was repair job they did. They ordered me a new tire and had my car for 2 days. I got the keys and went to pick it ip after hours to find out they never put the new tire in my car after 2 days and then tried to charge me for the tire they said was free.
