So yall closed the store early (Sunday) because of short staff but this past week ive seen more employees in the store then customers I mean 2 or 3 ppl walking around not doing nun outside smoking cigarettes in and out the car chilling with they friends employees bring they kids to work this store is full of it. . .

Worse service ever. Had to use the restroom plus was going to buy something I needed and was told Restroom for employees only I walked out. I will not shop here anymore!!

Came in to get last minute balloons for my dads birthday and the cashiers were really nice but they were struggling to fill my balloons up with the helium and the manager was just standing there not helping them with other customers or with the balloons, we told him if he could help them because it was obvious they were struggling and he just said he didn’t know how to do it. He should be more helpful and know how to do things since he’s the “manager”

Let me say, I am disappointed in all the negative reviews! I went in there for some birthday last minute items and the staff was incredible. Friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. People. This is a DOLLAR GENERAL. NOT TIFFANY'S. Please stop with the hateful and be grateful. These people work hard and if you're nice, they'll double your kindness in return.

I visited this store several times because it was on my way home. The manage was extremely rude and told me that I needed to ask someone else for help. He never acknowledged me but acknowledged other customers. There is one lady who smelled really bad and was more concerned about her friends than helping me. The lady at the cashier register was really nice and greeted me and even talked to my daughter. The few times there the manager was just standing around not doing anything although I asked for help he refused to help.

My first time at this location was the evening of February 23, 2024 and probably won’t visit there again. The store itself was very clean and organized. The problem I had was with the cashier. When I went to pay for my items, she was on her phone, and was on it the whole time I was there. I had to bring it to her attention that she didn’t ring up all my stuff, I had to tell her to approve my transaction for my credit card, and I had to ask her for my receipt. Not to mention she didn’t bag my stuff. She never put down the phone or took her eyes off the screen. Very bad customer service!

Someone went earlier to use the bathroom and when I went in to ask they immediately said out of order, so I didn't buy nothing and left but the person that went before me was my friend n they took pictures of poop all over the seat and trash was full workers are super lazy n rude. Good day thank u.

I get people want to go home, but we went at 9:47 and it was already close. Pretty sure the employee was a lady smoking outside for a good minute.

My Cashier was Tosha my whole experience was obviously frustrating to her and body language arms crossed. I even told her I would step aside to make sure I had the right coupons for the 3 12 pack special Dr.Peppers which she did also assist me I've been a manager for 10 years and customers always come first no matter what you're doing I work in retail I totally understand but she was more focused on getting back to what she was doing then I got 3 firecrackers sausage even those there is a sign 3/2 she said no way they are . I didn't argue just said I would pay for them I've been coming here since it first open never had a bad experience till now.

Most of the Dollar Generals have monster energy drinks 3 for $7 and their 4 packs for $6.50. Every time you go in fir the purchase they never seem to have the pack. But fully stock on the 3 for 7. It's a good way for them to get more money out of the consumer.
