Manager, Kevin, was very nice to work with!. They got me in right away when my engine light went off and even provided transportation to and from home while they had it overnight. Expensive, of course, when is it not when you have a radiator go out, but I don't think it was much more than anywhere else I would have gone. Their courteous service made it less painful.

Giving you 5 stars because you're normally okay except this one time..If a customer asks you for something that isn't illegal, just very practical, but goes against your corporate standards, can you please just let us sign a waiver and do it? I wanted my alignment fixed because it tore up my front tires. So I asked to have the backs swapped with the front and the alignment corrected before I bought new tires. Because who wants to drive their new tires with an alignment that just destroyed the old ones? Plus I was still shopping for the right AT tire I just needed my steering wheel to stop shaking until I found what I wanted!!! Y'all didn't even offer to order the 33's just said yeah we don't have those and stared blankly at me as I nodded encouragingly. Could have gone up or down a size honestly or even tried to show me what you did have but no. I left and bought tires at discount tire which sucks because the are a s show. Came back and it was so late y'all couldn't even get to my truck. Please just take my money next time!!

First and last time visiting this place. Some of the Services requested were not performed due to sales associate not understanding what I need done for my vehicle. Advise to bring it back in when I have time so the proper diagnostic can be done. Well i had time today when I brung the vehicle to the shop. Wouldn't bring my vehicle back to this place even if they offered to fix for free.

Came in and got my vehicle inspected and it didn’t take long at all! The front desk girl was very nice and understanding and I was in and out in less than an hour

Lily was very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating as I dropped my car off 15 min before closing. They were expedient in getting my car back to me as well. Would use them again.

I called about having my BMW battery changed & program. They told me it would take an hour which was fine because I didn’t have an appointment. It was done in 30 min‼️? They are good & very knowledgeable & I’d recommend them for any car trouble you may have. Thank you Driver’s Edge‼️?
