Every time I have gone in, they have done a great job to get me in and get me out. The pricing is on par for what you'd pad elsewhere, but their customer service puts them at the top. I even have a fleet vehicle they have worked on and done great on it ad well!

Came in for a state inspection on a Saturday. It was very busy. But the store manager accommodated me. He even offered me fajitas off the grill. He said, the employees had been working hard and it's been so hot for the past month he wanted to do something nice for them. I was so impressed with the customer service that I came back Monday to get an oil change. I walked in and immediately was greeted by my first name! Oil change was quick and easy and I received a half off promotion for it being my first oil change. The customer service brought me back to this location for more business.

I’ve been a customer for a while but took my car to another place for an oil change today since I was on the opposite side of town. The people there couldn’t finish the job because they said the last place tightened the filter too tight and they couldn’t remove it.I went back to Driver’s Edge to see if they could help. They had an opportunity to either say it wasn’t their problem and eventually lose me as a customer, or to just take care of it. They chose the latter. They asked if I saw the issue and I said no, so they just had to take my word for it.I appreciate you guys. You earned a life long customer.

I am literally standing in the office right now editing my five-star review to a one-star review. I have been standing here for 5 minutes no one has bothered to address me or even go in the office. I've been trying to get a oil change for the past week and keep getting put off. "Come on the morning"- just to be ignored. I am a very loyal customer to this business but they seem to have fallen off and really don't care about their customers unless you are a high paying client. They even have me on camera leaving this review as I am still waiting for somebody to even acknowledge I walked in the building. No one is answering the phones either. I will not be taking my vehicle here at all anymore. Do not even waste your time coming in.*Let's not get started on the fact that they bait and switch you on pricing.Services: Battery

Quick diagnostics, saved me $700 on compressor by not purchasing marked up unit from dealership, and had my vehicle ready a few hours after receiving parts due to prep work performed up front. They even sent an employee to pick me up to save me from having to take a 5 minute Uber ride. Excellent!

Came in for a state inspection, very quick and very straightforward, they didn't try to sell me new wiper blades or other nonsense, so I am definitely coming back!

Driver’s Edge is my new “Go-To” place for all things automotive! They were especially fast, very courteous, and gave me a great discount for my military service! My AC went out, and they had to replace the compressor, valve and add new coolant. I got a quote and compared it to others. Drivers Edge was lower and my car was fixed right away. Jose and Kristi were very helpful and provided great customer service. I was giving plenty of time to make a decision to move forward. Greatly appreciate getting my vehicle back to normal. AC is nice and cold!

While traveling in the Mansfield, TX vicinity, we encountered some problems with our BMW. It began making a horrible screeching noise when started up. As we had many more miles to travel, this noise alarmed us and made us afraid we would get stranded and not be able to complete our trip. We stopped at Driver's Edge and Jose immediately responded to our needs. He jumped up from his seat, followed us to our vehicle, and checked things out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and assured us the noise was big but the problem was minor. We could safely continue our trip. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable!
