Always my go to…the place is smaller (not a fan of crowed and busy salons) and the staff are so nice! I mainly go for the massage chairs and hot stone massages.

My experience here was horrible! I came in and they made me wait 45 mins even though I called them and they specifically told me NO WAIT. As the lady starts with my nails 20 mins in I’m like I want it thinner she’s like “NO”. The customer service here is HORRIBLE do not come here.Service: Manicure

I was referred to the salon ask for Snow.... my CO worker she told me to ask for her I came in snow was not very friendly I had calls and made an appointment A-day and a 1/2 ago I told her that I had the gel nails and I told her that I wanted them square very square it just seemed like it was a huge problem for hproblem for her long story short she did not complete my nails she was not happy the fact that I was asking her to do them square it is OK because that's life. She's not doing my nails for free I'm paying to get them done and and long story short she told me you know what you could just leave because I can't do your nails it's very sad because add because I'm a new customer and it's not like the salon was very busy at all anyway I left went to another nail salon and they did a fantastic job... I would never ever refer this nail salon to anybody very bad customer service I will definitely be Let my coworker know that this was not a good place for me but I just wanted to leave this review thank you.

I went 1 week ago for the first time. I paid $65 for these! I like longer nails and usually get shellac/acrylic because I'm hard on them. I told this to the woman but she insisted dip/tips were better and would last 4 weeks. My old nail tech always warned me never do dip with long nails. It's not strong enough. After her relentless "just try it you'll love it, promise. Your real nails will be so strong after this"...I agreed. One week later it snapped off along with snapping my real nail while grocery shopping. I won't return.Service: Manicure

My daughter and I were treated so well! It was my daughter's first set and I haven't had mine done in over 20 years. They explained in detail the difference in acrylic and dipped with tips. The ladies are so sweet and we were both so excited and love our nails. We will definitely be back!

Great experience and Yen is excellent. She is so patient and helpful. Great massage on the pedicure, which is the main reason I go to this spa.

Tried this place out after a bad experience at another nail salon, I go to several and I have to say this is the best experience I have had very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable of what I needed versus what I wanted. I love the fact ms lily focused on nail health and not trying to make a quick buck. I can finally say I found my spot and will become a regular customer. Thank you Mrs Lili for providing excellent customer service. Sincerely Tanesha

My right foot was cut several times by the heel slougher/callus remover. The left foot was cut once. I've never been cut. This stings so bad, my foot tissue Is red! Feels awful. I will never go back here. She never apologized. Her name was Snow. Asked me if I had lotion to put on it. At home. Said its dry skin! No. I have soft skin and you scrubbed the hell out of my heel. Pay attention! I don't know whose feet you are used to doing but thats ridiculousService: Pedicures

I've come twice. Attempting to give them the benefit of a doubt after the first visit. I honestly see a trend happening within this facility. I'm not sure how to say this without being forward but I definitely see the difference in treatment amongst anyone of color. Also ... it's a very uneasy experience because you feel as if you are being rushed the entire time. ... throughout my session my tech kept getting up and focusing on others. It was just a very unpleasant experience all around both times. I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Unfortunately I've never had a good experience at this salon. About a week and. A half ago I got a set of dip powder with tips for length. I opted for a shorter length and within days my mail broke. I got it fixed and then another one broke off. I went to get it fixed but instead I ended up with the tech soaking my nails in acetone for more than 30 minutes. I've had eczema before and my skin was burning. This was not a regular soak. This was soaked cotton balls sealed with foil and then covered with a plastic glove. The acetone bled all over my skin and sat there while she worked on someone else. She was upset another tech removed them because it was burning and more than enough time had passed. Everything practically fell off just rough dry pieces left. When I asked her how to remove that stuff she just said she had someone else to take care of and that it was my fault for removing the acetone. However I never removed it, it was another tech without me asking. It seemed they argued and now I'm just waiting for my sister to finish up while I guess I'm going home with almost fully removed dip powder but nothing else done. I had to pick and pull at pieces left. My skin is so dry it hurts. Everything was terrible. The techs attitude and the lack of service is pretty disappointing. I originally just wanted to fix my nail, if or a refill where they sand them down and add a darker dip powder. Instead I am walking out with ugly touch weak nails and damaged skin.
