April 30th mid afternoon I came in for a Dipped cone. They didn't have already already made which was fine. She said it would be available in 15 minutes. I let her know I had an appointment nearby so I would come back for it after that. We seemed to be on the same page. Cut to an hour, hour and a half later when I came to get it and the door is locked, lights on but open sign off. I thought, maybe there's one person and she had to run to the loo. I wait a good 10 minutes or more, call them twice and left a VM. No one called back. No Dipped cone for me. Not a great first impression as it was my first time ordering from the company.

I stopped by the store, but there was no sign indicating it was open. I called to ask about their hours, and the person on the phone couldn’t give me a clear answer — they didn’t seem to know when they will be closed. I also asked if they accepted a promotion listed on their website, but they denied it. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and a bit sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Do yourself a favor make Edible Arrangements the last place you would ever get a gift for someone from. I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries from them for Valentines day. The flowers were a far cry from what the picture shows. Half the flowers were dieing. The also delivered it on the 13th not the scheduled 14th. I tried contacting the company and still have not heard from them.

The received flowers looked absolutely nothing like what the website showed. I requested a refund and have yet to receive one after speaking with this store 4 times. The website states 100% guarantee yet they are not upholding this. I can’t get a hold of corporate and will be resorting to submitting a BBB report. Someone at the store told me “let’s be honest it didn’t look bad it just didn’t have enough flowers.” Which I find strange because I hadn’t even sent photos of the are arrangement received. So do they receive this same complaint that often that she knew what the problem was? I highly recommend you order from anywhere else. Unless you want to feel completely embarrassed by the arrangement this company sends.

Absolutely horrible my husband ordered a gift for me. Never got to me when it said And the MANAGER APRIL!!!! WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE WHEN SHE ANSWEREDTHE BOTH PHONE BOTH TIMES. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHICH WASNT EVEN STARTED ON THEY WOULDN'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE.

Store says they open at 9am , I called 10 times with no answer. Finally I just drove up there. Nobody in the store and the door was locked. Horrible

This is by far this absolute most terrible location with Edible Arrangements. Despite paying for delivery on a specific day, it was not delivered as promised. I was told it was stuck in the system but you waited all the way until the next day to inform me? When the order finally arrived, the fruit was inedible due to the strong smell of smoke, likely from the delivery driver. How can anyone enjoy smoked-filled fruit for $124? To make matters worse, the manager showed no empathy towards my concerns. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. Not wasting anymore time money or energy or arguing with the store because this is completely you all fault. Overall, extremely disappointed with the service and quality. I will NEVER order from this location again.

Placed a Valentines order the day prior and was able to still get it in and delivered the following day. The delivery occurred around 1900 and the order was incorrect. The order consisted of cheesecakes and an assortment of flowers with vase. What was delivered were cheesecakes, white roses that were partially black (wrapped in plastic from Sam’s) and no vase. My suggestion would be to pick the order up yourself.

My Mother ordered a Birthday arrangement for my daughter and it was beautiful! The fruit was fresh, the chocolate wasn’t melted and it all tasted sooo good! Thank you edible arrangements Mansfield!

Arrangement arrived late and was left outside. Not hand delivered as it was suppose to be. Strawberries are mostly mushy and inedible. Highly disappointed.
