The workouts were great. The reason I could not give it 5 stars is because no one explained the app and booking count to me. As you can see in the attached photo several of my classes expired, but didn’t realize it until now. I think the app should show the availability or expiring soon to the home screen or text reminders. Wasted money 💰 If you have an unlimited membership then this is a non issue.

F45 is a great program. As with any HIIT class, you get what you put into it. There are great opportunities for cardio and resistance. The community is fantastic, like-minded people just trying to be better versions of themselves putting in the work.

F45 has made strength training and cardio fun and achievable! The trainers are super knowledgeable and encouraging and provide ample coaching to make sure you are performing the exercises safely and effectively.

F45 Mansfield absolutely has the best trainers in the metroplex. Period. I love working out and look forward to my classes every day. Trainers care and constantly challenge us. Best studio !!!

I absolutely LOVE F45!!! Every workout is intense, and pushes me to my limit. I love how the workouts are structured and how they have the workout/time listed on the TV so you can always know what workout you’re on and how much time… hahaha. If you’re thinking about giving F45 a try, this is your sign. DO IT!!

This place is AMAZING! I really enjoy all the different equipment and classes. Group fitness motivates me. Love the friendly members. The entire coaching team is excellent! I’m very happy I joined along with my husband.
