Staff was not readily available. I had to hunt down someone to help me with the sizing, but then she didn't even know how to use it or what some of the measurements were for. She didn't even offer to help me find where to find the shoe size after I measured. She just walked away.

On 7/7/2023 my family and I went to get shoes for school bought 5 pairs. At the time of checkout the lady checking the person before me called over the Hispanic worker without even trying to communicate with me directly assuming that I did not speak English because I looked Hispanic she would speak to her co worker so they could speak to me. Famous footwear this was very racist of her assuming things before actually having any contact with. This is very disappointing I have lived here since I was 3 I have never experienced such a thing. I am not confrontational at all specially when having my kids with me but this was a horrible experience.

I’m honestly just very disappointed but not surprised with the low quality service at this specific location. The past couple of times I’ve found myself in this store location the lack of service has been very telling to the fact they are clearly understaffed! Only one employee in the entire store trying to juggle everything and having zero time to help customers the way they should when asked. It’s hard to be upset at the employees clearly seeing it’s not their fault inherently but it’s just a shame. Something needs to be done about this issue for sure.

Nobody acknowledged us when we walked in. Couldn't find anyone to ask for help. Couldn't find the shoes we were looking for. While waiting, ordered the exact same shoes we were looking for from Amazon and saved $10...so not all bad.

Purchased 4 pairs of shoes online for $45 each before bogo. Returned 2 because I didn’t like the fit. I don’t know how they do the math on the buy one get one half off. Cause I only got $35 for my return of two pairs of shoes. It was the same shoe just different color. Each were $44.99. I was told I was given the bogo deal but I only saved $15 on the two pair that I did keep. I should have just kept the shoes and sold them myself. I would have gotten more for them instead of returning them at the store. Half of $44.99 is $22.50 so how did I only save $15?
