FEDEX is the worst! paid for 1 day mail, THEN took 3 days. Trying to get a refund you might as well called a call center in a foreign country which that is will you get that will tell you you need to wait another 7 days for an invoice to get a refund, more runaround. FEDEX will cost your more money in runarounds then the cost of sending the package itself. You will get the runaround from the store to FEDEX. But they either will be destroying your packages and do not pay on claims or they can't deliver on time of what you pay for. Best recommendation do not use FEDEX, use UPS or USPS. Worst service in town, but they will take your money at the location but when when you go back to the location they tell you it is FEDEX we just mail the packages and take your money. Best not to do business with a business that wont help you when you tried to help them in using there business. So the store they are just bodies that FEDEX uses to take your cash and they cannot even give you refunds or adjustments which is outright substandard poor service.

***Theft Alert*** Please don't ship from this location. The employee of this store opened my package after I left and took out the item and repacked the box. On top of expensive FedEx shipping we have to also deal with theft. I will never ship anything from FedEx again.

With the weather being unpredictable, I had a live fish held at this location for pickup. I was contacted by a store associate Anthony who informed me that they could not hold the package for me to pickup due to store policy, and that they were refusing the delivery and sending the box back with the driver. I stated to him that I could arrive within 15 minutes to pick it up, but Anthony refused to make any exception. Making an exception would not be an issue for any “store policy” they have however He rudely denied my request multiple times. You would have thought I had asked Anthony to personally deliver the package to my home with how unwilling he was to help me out here. The package with the fish (an expensive one) will now more than likely be held up over the weekend and more than likely arrive dead. If Zero out of 5 stars were possible then I would give it. A small request like the one I made should not be something that they are willing to fight tooth and nail for. Ridiculous.

I came into this FedEx store a few weeks ago with questions in regards to shipping several large packages to New York. A man named Connor was extremely helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, and asked how he could help. I told him what all I needed to ship, and he told me what the best steps would be and approximately how much it would cost based on weight and insurance. I couldn't be more pleased with how he handled this situation, as I had several questions and I sometimes have trouble getting the right words to come out. Will definitely use this store from now on because of him.

I am writing a review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received.
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the neglect and prejudice behavior I encountered. The employee named Connor looked me right in my face and continued doing what he was doing by placing boxes on the shelf. A Caucasian male was just standing to the side awaiting for help as well…Connor asked him if he needed any help then got on his computer. After, I asked if I was going to receive help
…he said, “ uhhh yeah you are in line right”?
Such behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the values of respect and equality that your company presumably upholds. It was both disappointing and disheartening to be treated in such a manner.
I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and fairness, regardless of their background. Therefore, I urge you to address this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I would appreciate a response detailing the steps your company will take to rectify this situation and ensure it does not happen again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Anthony was nice but now he is probably the rudest here . He cuts you off while talking , no assistance or give you options. He is short in response and his demeanor is very aggressive.
I come here very frequently for my job and this is the first day I got this type of person he is . I hope someone sees this and can coach him to be better .
