I dropped my car off at 9am but my appointment wasn't until 11am so I told the guy at the counter who checked me in that I would wait with the car. So I walked down the way and had some breakfast and walked back at 12:30 and my car was still sitting in the same spot. So I sit there as and at about 1:30 someone pulls my car in and starts taking off the tires to check the brakes. Then the next thing you know the work stops and the guy disappears. So I go to and ask about how much longer was it going to be at like 2pm and he said about an hour. So then I sit there waiting and watching no kne touches the car until about 3pm. Then another guy starts working on the brakes then proceeds to do the wheel alignment and my car is done at 4:45pm. So i start driving my car and the wheel alignment is still off. So i had to take it right back and he did it again and finally got it right. Another thing that doesn't add up is how much I paid to have this job done. The breakdown is not very clear. $945 for the front brakes with new rotors and lifetime wheel alignment does not make any sense.

After having over 2000 dollars worth of work done on my car, which included two new front calipers, new front and rear rotors and break pads, brake fluid flush, full inspection! Tightening of both front ball bearing bolts, and 4 new tires, 3 of my 4 wheels are burning hot to the touch after only a short drive, as well as my emergency break has little to no tension, not enough to stop my car. Will be trying to get this remedies first, if that fails will be talking with a lawyer! Very disappointed as I drive my daughter and family in this car and it is now not safe!

Vehicle was misdiagnosed. When I left about closing time my steering wheel began to shake violently while braking. I brought it back the next day and they said I needed front brakes and rotors. I declined service because my initial problem was a Stabilitrak light. Cost me $1200 for front hub assemblies, and after I left the second time Stabilitrak light came on again. Manager at store said that new codes came up that didn't come up the first time. So, how do you repair a vehicle and not check for codes after work is complete? very disappointing. Now they're saying I need $1200 more on repairs.

Scheduled an appointment for “lighting & bulb”service and a “complete vehicle inspection PLUS” service. They inspected and found faults equaling up to about 700 dollars to repair. I paid them & discovered they hadn’t taken care of the “lighting and bulb” issue at all. When I brought this issue to James, he said that there was some sort of mix up and that I needed to pay for another service. There was another gentleman/employee sitting at the right side counter that overheard this and rectified the situation letting me know that he would complete the service free of labor charge and that I would only cover the cost of the part. I appreciate THAT gentleman but James was extremely unprofessional, didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all.

I brought the car in for an appointment, I explained the problem and the solution when I scheduled online but the store didn't have access to that info so I explained it again when I got there. Then they did not honor the appointment and made me leave my car for 2 days, and then told me exactly what I had already told them, and said they couldn't fix it. So they wasted my time. Also when I got home I realized they had damaged my car (see photo). It was overall a terrible experience.

They got me in same day, wait time was not bad. Maybe an hour or two. They were very nice and great customer service. Also, quality work at a fair price.

Took 6 hours to put on 2 tires ...then did not rotate them ..also overcharged for tire disposal...wanted to look at invoice and mgr said I didn't need to see it would get a E-mail invoice...now I know why.
