Had a very bad experience I was told false information multiple times as well as continously harassed by their manager at my place of work when I tried to close my account the same manager refused to do so as I was repeatedly saying I wanted to close the account the manager stepped from behind the desk to stand beside me talking aggressively having to get higher ups to explain I wanted it closed and leaving it at that.

Went to deposit a check. When did we as a nation so unhelpful. It seems when you have interactions with people, they try to think of any reason to NOT assist you. Gov't employees are the worst. So Lawrence tells me I can't deposit a check, made out to my wife, in our joint account because she didn't sign it. Well I know that to be wrong because I've been putting checks in banks deposit only long before he had that teller job. So I tell him thats wrong and he calls his supervisor and she tells him to write deposit only on it. So it got done but he was SO quick to try to hand me that check back. What happened to customer service, and who is training tellers that they don't know banking procedures?

Excellent service. I had a theft on my account and they were so supportive and helpful. They remember you and are friendly helpful people.I highly recommend this location.

Constantly putting a hold on my debit card and charges with businesses I've used for years and letting fraudulent charges go through. Canceled on-line banking but did not inform those who used it on a regular basis. Not to mention if your trying to call and speak to someone be ready to sit on the phone for at least 50 minute's just to get someone on the line. This why I'm closing my account.

Best bank I have ever worked with. I've been with them for five years now, without any fees. I just wish the people were a little nicer, and I really wish they had better card designs. As of now, it's just silver or blue. I wish we had the option to customize, or at least a few color choices.

Ever since the turn around of employees this has become the slowest bank in the metro plex. There’s 5 employees behind counter and only 2 working.

Horrible service by the guy at the front desk one estar is to much for this banck...bad attitude i dont know his name but is the only black guy at the front desk.
