Pink has been my barber for more than a year now and she told me she was going to switch to this location. I thought I was going to have to get someone else for haircut but I trusted her recommendation on following her to this new shop and I couldn’t be more happy that I switched. This shop allows her to have more time with her clients and it definitely shows in the hair cut. I can tell that it’s a stress free environment and I was in and out without dropping any sort of quality. Pink takes care of me every time and now that she has more time to do a haircut I am reassured that I will get an outstanding experience. Thank you so much.

Earl P. did an excellent job! After a terrible experience where Jules did a bad job on an easy trim haircut for my son. But Earl saved the day. He fixed my sons hair and my son was very happy. Next day I went back to Earl and again he did a great job. Highly recommend Earl, and he is my barber from now on. I was not going to come back after my experience with Jules. But Earl regained my confidence with your establishment. It really shows when a barber cares about his job. Also Earl was extremely pleasant and made it a wonderful experience. He should not be in the back, probably the best barber there.

The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is very professional. Earl P makes sure I am completely satisfied with services received. If you need a barber, please see him!! You won’t regret it. The front desk knows you by name when you come through the door. Family like environment.

Terrible haircut. Dont go here if you have long hair. No layering. Just a clip and chop. Stylist was very nice. You just can’t give long haircuts to anyone standing around. I was very disappointed.

Requested style: Exactly what we requested
Stylist: First time going here and I will definitely be back! The people are very friendly and Ethan did a great job with my son’s hair. He listened to exactly what we asked for and my son walked out happy with his new back to school haircut and was blended very well. Also love that Floyd’s has great customer service and puts the customers time first. They were very considerate of our wait time and I appreciate that they go above and beyond on making sure the client is happy. We will definitely make this our new barbershop!

Had an appointment for 7:30 and didn’t get into the chair until almost 8:30. The lady who cut my hair didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what I wanted so she cut my hair way too short. Will never go back 0/10 recommend. *update* I emailed them as per the response below and they offered me a free haircut lmao. I would rather have my blind neighbor cut it for free than ever go back. If you’re going to offer something it should be a refund but $38 doesn’t make up for having to wear a hat for the next 6 weeks ??

Good hours. I enjoyed getting a quality haircut after work on a weekday. I also enjoyed being able to get in and get out without the pressure of a conversation. I forget his name, but the barber in the very back right of the shop is much appreciated for allowing me to just sit and relax after work while he cut his master piece and not pressure me into a conversation.
