I had ordered their largest cookie cake online and was for pick up in the evening. When to pick up was told it was not ready for they did not have a decorator and was told they left a message as well. They reprinted a receipt and gave my son a business card of the manager to call to get picked up. This took place 12/23/23. To this day I still don't have my cookie cake or a refund. They claim they would have never given me a reprint of the receipt of a cookie was not picked up. But yet received a voicemail saying it was not going to be ready that I noticed after going there for they mentioned it to my son and apologized that we came and did not have a cookie cake for us. The manager now has denied a refund or a cake to replace the one to pick up. What is even more funny is the manager claims she was there when the employee said to talk to a manger after the holiday to resolve. Just a note on top of all this we went there another time to go in person to show and try to order it and was denied. Then tried a piece of the cake and you know what the cookie was horrible. At this point wouldn't get the cookie for their quality has gone down. Don't waste your money goto SAMS, grocery stores they have a thicker cookie that tastes fresher than theirs. Try for yourself. Just poor customer service. Why would someone lie about getting a cookie cake???

Very disappointed. Ordered and prepaid for a cookie birthday cake yesterday to pickup today at 2pm. Personally spoke to someone on the phone. It’s cold out but no ice. Website shows open. Arrive on time at 2, lights out door locked. Appears there’s a box on counter (the cake?) there’s a tapped sign that’s fallen and you cannot read it. Have called several times since, no answer. How disappointed our birthday boy is. No communication on there being an issue for today.

After my unpleasant experience with this location, Alma turned my frown to a smile! Went into the store this afternoon to discuss the situation and received an apology from the manager and for the inconvenience!! She truly cares about her customers and her staff!! Kiddos to Alma for having a heart of Gold!

Love this place but they closed over 15 mins early. Got here at 9:42 and was told no more ice cream is being sold because it takes the slab 30 mins to defrost. All cookies were put up as well

Ordered and pre paid 48 hrs ahead of time, a $45 custom cookie for a business client. It was not ready upon arrival. I could not wait 30 mins and I would think a custom cookie would take longer than 30 mins. The Hispanic older woman worker said nothing. Offered nothing. Not sorry what can we do? not anything. Unbelievable .. complete lack of any type of respect courtesy empathy customer service.

This location has the best customer service!! From the two ladies who helped me with ordering to the two gentlemen who were working when I picked up!! They were all so kind! I love how my sons cookie cake came out! Thank you!

Love the ice cream, RUDE EMPLOYEE. (Short light skin women, with space buns and giant gold hoops) Walked in, asked for a sample, I understand completely due to corona virus some restrictions were in places. Asked for a sample, and the employee rudely said, "WE AREN'T DOING SAMPLES TODAY." Then followed up with, the flavor tasted like a cinnamon roll. I felt very rushed the entire time. When going to pay felt so rushed and angry wasn't able to scan my points. Will definitely consider going to sonic instead.
