The worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t even ask for anything complicated, a simple wash/blow dry, no styling, and the world’s most simple haircut of cut 1 inch off, blunt, cut straight across, no layers at all, parted directly straight down the middle, please and thank you…and they still managed to mess that up.
I will admit I’ve got long hair, or rather did anyway before I went here, probably down to the bottom of my rib cage. When they washed it, she immediately started brushing from the scalp down to the ends, which of course created massive, gigantic knots in my hair… she never put any sort of oil, leave in conditioner, literally nothing, not even a detangler. I ended up with three humongous knots of hair the size of softballs, she was still ripping through them with the comb, while holding the bottom of the hair, not even up by the scalp. The only other person in the salon came over to help, but she started doing the same thing and made it 10 times worse. I tried to tell them five or six separate times please don’t do that, but all she did was smile and nod, and keep doing it
I tried to tell her please mostly dry it first gently, it will brush through much easier, especially if you’re not going to put anything in it, but she ignored that too. The other lady that came over to “help” started, pulling on my hair even harder, then they both started using boar bristle brushes on my wet hair that was already in knots… it’s like it was their first day out of the salon Academy and I was their first victim.
They ended up breaking so much of my hair into their brushes that both brushes were full when she FINALLY listen to me and dried it most of the way before she finished brushing it. I didn’t even bother to look and see if she cut it straight, I would have gotten up and left in the middle of it, but I thought that was the only way I could look more idiotic.
After paying and leaving, I had two people ask me what happened to my hair… gave up and just cut it up to my shoulders to hide all of the breakage they created when it was absolutely not there before.
I know this isn’t Mathu Andersen’s private studio and it is just a great clips, but for gods sake, it’s like she had never touched the hairbrush before and didn’t know what to do with my hair. If she wasn’t comfortable with it, she should have said something, and I would’ve happily went somewhere else, instead I had to cut over a foot off of length to hide what they did.
If you care about yourself at all, go somewhere else. If I could pay to give it a -30 stars, I absolutely would. What a horrible location.

I do not like the stuffy, uppity way the women act when I get my haircut there. The ladies in Burleson are more outgoing and friendly. You can feel the electricity at the Mansfield location.

NOT SO GREAT! Absolute terrible experience. The tech started by trying to give me a dry cut. I had to ask to get my hair washed. I should’ve known then it was not going to be good. Then I had to stop the hair cut because she wasn’t listening & kept making the cut worse. I also had to ask for hair product, which they apparently don’t stock. She went and grabbed some random mouse from another station & put a ton of it on what little was left of my hair. My hair feels so dirty now! Nor did she have any sort of iron to finish styling my hair. I don’t think this place should be providing hair services at all! My dogs get better service & products than what this place provides!

Laura is the best 10/10 highly recommended she did a great job on my hair and she also was so sweet and so kind and it was so appreciated. She apologize for the wait she also reminded me so much of my mom who passed away many years ago and it was so sweet. Thank you for making my haircut experience so wonderful.

Just now had a hair cut. The lady who has done my hair cut is very rude and not listening to customer, she wants to do as her wish. She has not even dried my hair after the hair cut. She was in a mood to do as fast as possible and wants to chit chat with her colleagues. I never experienced this type of bad hair cut in my entire life. Bad bad bad…….

I had never been to this Great clips before. I did the on line check in and actually got in sooner than sign in said it would be. A plus. And a very nice lady, I think her name was Latoyia( spelling probably wrong) got me rite in the chair. I told her the problems I was having with my hair and she had great suggestions. She had to cut about 3 inches off, and when I got home and styled my hair it layed perfect. 🥰 I am very pleased with the cut. This was a very pleasant experience , from helpful, knowledgeable, and professional employee. I live in Weatherford and was visiting with family. I will drive the distance to come back to this shop the next hair cut. 😊
