Just got a haircut from this location and I’m honestly shocked at how disrespectful the stylist was. I came in with a smile, I just wanted a basic cut, and from the second I walked in, the energy was off.
The woman cutting my hair (Didn’t catch her name) had an attitude for no reason. She asked when I last came in, I said “about a month ago.” She checks the system and immediately goes, “It says a month and a half ago. You said one month,” in this condescending tone like she caught me lying. Like… really? Who cares?
Then she asks if I want to trim the beard, and I misheard her because her accent was thick — and instead of calmly repeating herself, she snaps, “NO, that’s not what I said!” Like I’m bothering her by existing. At this point I’m sitting there thinking, what did I do to this lady?
Then when I politely ask if she can cut the sides shorter, she gets defensive again and hits me with the, “I asked you in the beginning what you wanted and you said you wanted your cut like last time” I was stunned. I even asked her, “Is that a problem?” She just coldly says “no” and keeps cutting like she was forced to be there.
The whole time, her attitude was just nasty. I promise you, I was not being a Karen, this was completely unnecessary, IDK what I did to this woman. Very snarky and obnoxious. Not one smile. No sense of professionalism. Just cold, rude, and irritated by everything. And the worst part? The haircut was AWFUL. Uneven, rushed, and not at all what I asked for. I didn’t even bother asking her to fix it. I just wanted to get out of the chair and leave.
If this is the kind of experience you get here, I’ll never be back. Great Clips seriously needs to screen who they’re hiring. There’s no reason for a paying customer to be treated like an inconvenience. Absolutely unacceptable. Honestly, I want my money back.

Me and my 2 young boys 11 and 10 are regular customer for years and came in yesterday to see that the old staff wasn’t there! The new staff didn’t understand me or just didn’t pay attention of my wants in a Haircut, even though they had a little cheat sheets,I left disappointed. Hopefully the old staff was just off and they will be back . If not I Guess I will have to find a new Place to get my haircut

This was my second visit and this time I had my son get a haircut and I had a haircut. As a woman of color, I have to say they did very well with our hair cuts. My hair looks so healthy after the hair cut and my son looks adorable as always. Thanks for taking great care of our hair.

Took my mom to get a haircut and met with Tammy, she went above and beyond was so patient and wonderful with my mom who has Alzheimer’s. Tammy was very sweet and did a great job. Highly recommend.
Stylist: Tammy was our stylist and was absolutely phenomenal, very patient with my elderly mother

I just adjusted my review from 5 stars to 2 stars!! Original review below.
I had always felt a sense of bitter competition between the employees at this salon. And I did not feel it was place to say anything. But when this jealousy starts to cost ME money, I WILL speak up!
I called yesterday to get 2 haircuts with Kelly. I was told she had left for the day. It was the last day of the Facebook $8.99 haircut promotion. We came today to get our cuts, and I told Kelly that I had called yesterday and I was told she had left. She told me she was in fact there. After our cuts today I called out the colleague that told me this about Kelly and she started to make some excuses. Again bitter rivalry between employees should not concern the customers, but in this case this attitude cost me $20 ($8.99 vs $18.99 for 2 haircuts), so now it does become my problem!!

Nice salon to get a quick haircut. They have an online appointment system and that is recommended, although they will also take walk-ins. Kelly is excellent. Both my son and I get haircuts with her!

I started coming to this location after I was treated poorly at Supercuts. I wear my hair short so it takes time to get my hair just right. I am particular but Inez has always done a great job. Inez wasn’t there when I went last week so I went to Tammy. I was a little nervous to let someone else cut my hair but she did a great job too.

There is a Asian woman here who is terrible at cutting hair. She cut the hairline above my ears too high. Never again.

My go to spot to get my buzzcut. There's several great women up there cutting hair, so don't fret if your usual ain't there cuz you will get taken care of.

A 3 is being generous based on my experience today, the rating is based on a cumulative number of cuts here. I felt the haircut was rushed and the results show. There are so many places with long hairs left that should have been obvious to take care of. Have had mixed results with cuts here before but this was the last one I will get, will be going elsewhere from now on.
