Snacks are good! Service on the other hand terrible asked to see what an item was in the menu and they didn’t even know about 5 teenagers in there as workers and they all pointed the fingers at each other as they didn’t know what the item consisted that’s one, second of all as I continued to look at the menu they were laughing in between them making it seem as if didn’t know what I want which I didn’t but you don’t have to make a customer uncomfortable on the other hand you can offer customer favorites instead of laughing at them. Been there 3 times thinking it would be a different experience but no.

The quality of the food is passable, however, the service provided is abysmal. It is quite disappointing that inquiring about the menu results in either the staff being unsure or treating you with disdain. It would be greatly appreciated if you could temporarily close for a day and thoroughly review the menu with your employees, as well as educate them on proper customer interaction. I have visited your establishment on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, each time has been a repetition of the same disappointing experience.

I had to edit my review here we used to live this place but wow it changed for the worst. So sad to come in and see that the employees they got now don't greet people, smile or make you feel with a welcoming Environment. Hope they can fix the place and maybe get older employees with the desire to service people.Great place really clean outstanding staff really good ice cream and Mexican snacks

Sat at speaker for almost 5 mins before someone poked their head out the window waving us up. So unfriendly. No hi, nothing. Ordered ice cream in a waffle cup. Girl can back and said the had no waffle cups - after I paid. I asked what could be substituted and she said nothing. Handed me the ice cream, dripping everywhere and shuts the window. Had to honk to get her to come back and ask for napkins. She hands them to me and slams the window. 3rd time here and they’re always rude.

My family and I love to come here. The food the service and the ambiance is always great! The cream pops are my kids favorite. The nachos Mexicanos are to die for lol and let's not talk about the escamocha so yummy!
