Associates were helpful store was cool compared to outside. The only thing to complain about was that all registers were self-service. Same only a single register with a human. But the self-service moves pretty good.

So I’m buying a house and I just wanted to express how grateful I was to such a wonderful staff. I want to start by getting a shout out for Bella. She helped me with my floor tile. I’m pretty indecisive she helped me patiently. Then I ran into some very nice ladies in the paint department. I believe their names for Mia and.Dana which helped me with the array of blue. Home Depot be proud of your staff especially the young man Brandon who helped me outside. They deserve a raise!!

Only visited the garden section: organized and tidy. Don't ever count on the cashiers to be able to help with questions--they are simply cashiers. I got more help from the plant vendors who happened to be there. Also, the selection of plants and flowers are only a third of the amount of my home Home Depot in Murfreesboro, TN.

Husband had a truly wonderful experience at Home Depot thanks to Michael and the rest of the amazing staff. My husband and our son went in to start our very first tomato-growing venture and really needed some guidance. Michael went above and beyond—he patiently walked them through everything they needed to know about growing tomatoes, recommended the right supplies, and shared helpful tips to get us started.
On top of that, my husband had recently had surgery, and the team was incredibly kind and thoughtful, helping load all the heavy items into the car without hesitation. The associates were friendly, supportive, and made the entire process so smooth and encouraging. He left feeling excited, confident, and very grateful. Thank you for making our first step into gardening such a positive one!

UPDATE: I’m lowering my rating due to a disappointing follow-up visit. When I returned for more paint samples, I was assisted by a different rep, Mia, and unfortunately, the experience was not positive. I offered feedback respectfully, but it was met with defensiveness and a lack of professionalism. Every point of opposition is not a place for you to be reactive in your emotions and sense of entitlement. Next time take a beat, breathe through your frustration, and allow yourself to respond with reason. Effective communication skills are key, strive to do better.
I’m disappointed in myself for not catching the name of the young lady working in the paint department today. Her level of service and efficiency was exceptional—something that’s rare to find in most stores (anywhere really) these days. Truly excellent customer service feels like a lost art, but she did her thing! Kudos to her and to whoever hired her. If I need anything paint-related in the future, I’ll definitely return to this location in hopes of being helped by her again.

This store is filled with a lot of helpful staff. Alisha is one the best people! She has the same attitude every single time. She’s extremely helpful. She doesn’t allow annoyed customers to get her out of character. I saw her training a new employee today and she was doing like three other things, never seemed stressed and she told the new employee I’ll help you as I completed a return. Promote Alisha. She’s a keeper!

I HIGHLY suggest you don't buy major appliances from this particular home depot, not sure on the other ones. I tried to return a brand new oven, that would not fit in my kitchen, and was basically told by the on site manger to kick rocks. Guy was pretty much a dick. Would not take it back, even though it was reboxed, and was told I had 48 hours from delivery to return it. Never heard of that short of a return period. I would get your appliances from somewhere that understands remodels don't happen overnight, and even though you measure and plan, sometimes things don't work out. Wasn't even asking for a refund, but a store credit. Will never buy anything but small items from them again. Support your small box stores.

Did not make me aware of the cleaning fee when renting a machine for the first time. The woman who was training the new person in customer service tonight was rude and talked over me when I was explaining that the cleaning requirements were not explained to me. She was short with me and rude and acted as if I and what I said did not matter, no mercy at all, you didn’t know? Well you should have read your receipt because now you owe us $57 period that’s how it is thanks and get out. I wonder if she would like it if someone treated her that way? Even if it was my fault for not reading the fine print wouldn’t anyone still want to be treat d kindly? What kind of business are you running at this Home Depot? Other than that the man who rented it to me was very kind and explained to me how to use but….forgot to mention… make sure you clean it….
