DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Sales - 3/5, installation 1/5, Cystomer Service 1/5. Quality - 1/5. Designers selected in Jan and contract signed. Sales person said he would make small touch ups so the closet reflected what I wanted. I had to call after the fact to get those changed once the contract came through. Inconvenient and lazy. My closet was supposed to be installed in March. A two day job which took a total of six hours could have been done In one day. Installer left 4 hours in at 2:30. Came back the next day. Tried to say he was done but we called out all the missing elements, pull down rack, two sections, shelves, bars, drawer handles. Then the man told me to inventory what he didn’t install. Idk if it was lack of u understanding or laziness but also, why are you asking the customer which parts on your documents are missing? Customer service is pisspoor. Shayla and Joy never know what is going on. I was supposed to get a call the Monday after the failed installation with what pieces were ordered and was told they’d be fast tracked so I wouldn’t have to wait another six weeks. Haven’t heard from them. Shayla has never called me back, never answered an email. When I did get a hold of someone JOY assured me her or Shayla would look into it. I have called probably 15 times and level several voicemails and neither one of them have called back. Today I called corporate. They transfer me back to them after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer) only for Joy to ask me what was missing then told me she has no idea when my order is coming I. If you don’t know what’s missing, what did you order? I’ve now been charged full price on this since Feb and it’s missing. They won’t discuss compensation until it’s installed. Sounds like a scam to me! For the price, quality and service, it is not worth the effort.

It's funny how people only write recommendations when they are pissed off but NEVER write a recommendation when they have a good experience. I take negative recommendations with a grain of salt bc most of the time stupid people do stupid things and want someone to make it ALL BETTER for them and when that doesn't happen they act like children.

I bought a John Deere riding lawn mower for over $2500. It stopped working. Home Depot refused to talk to me about it because I didn't buy an extended warranty which they did not offer at the time of purpose. I am stuck with a three week waiting time through John Deere approved repair (under their warranty). Had I gone through a dealer and not retailer it wouldn't be this way. Had I bought a Home Depot extended warranty it would not be this way. But I was not told the difference at the time of purchase.

Went to home Depot today and they were closed after the storm. We were greeted by 2 very rude unprofessional ladies who were not helpful at all one lady didn't even get up from the electric scooter she hardly looked up from her phone to acknowledge us. She was sitting on to explain why we couldn't shop. When I asked when the registers might come back up I was rudely told we don't know it's been out for an hour. We needed to return an item and buy a new toilet for the plumber coming tomorrow

the hotdogs we're good. i had one with onions and mustard with a bag of Doritos and a Dr.Pepper and it was most excellent. I will be back.

My favorite Home Depot in the DFW area. Customer Service is always excellent. Employees work hard to help customers. I ordered a door online and came to pick it up, and was helped immediately and loaded by a gentleman named Luis. He was very polite and helpful! I would definitely come back to this Home Depot.

Called ahead of time to check the inventory of the pavers that I wanted because we had already been to three other Home Depot's that said they had them in stock. Manny, from the lawn and garden department was so helpful and polite. Not only did he ensure that y'all had them, but helped me load them once we got here. Appreciate the excellent customer service so much! Great job, Manny!!!

The staff is always helpful and nice. The manager noticed we were there a lot and introduced himself and offered his assistance any time. This is a good location!

I love this store! I was helped today by a young gentleman named Zane he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed.. great job! And thanks for hiring good helpful polite employees and who are very helpful!

Contract services are not good and would not recommend. Got the old bait and switch on flooring installation. Paid $3200 for 2 rooms of tile. They started the job and needed $800 more! I canceled the entire thing. Will never use them again for contract labor.

It's so sad to be at this store , no one want to help even when you finally get the help you thought you need , the so called Assistant Manager name( Reese ) he will come and addressed you as if he is talking with co workers or his friends Very Rude . this boy Reese does not know what it take to be a manger and he can't even look at your face when talking that make him a complete coward very incompetent to carry on the job of a manager .
