Whoever the manager is useless, Cheryl Marysek rude stood me up on a scheduled phone call at 1:30 and we had a video chat at 3:30 ……. I was just left there. Looking at the video ?chat with nobody coming on to help me so they stood me up all day like I had nothing else to do and nobody called to tell me they are not going to even bother with doing my taxes. They all need new careers cause they don’t know what they’re doing. I need Emily Turner 2251 Matlock Rd., Mansfield TX 76063 to take her name off my Files so I can go to someone else…. Cheryl Matysek 2000 hwy 158 Manfield TX 76063 Take your name off the files so I can continue on….. You two need to stop inconveniencing me

We had a rough start the first 2 1/2 weeks after submitting our taxes to HR block. Communication was not there but MS. Elsie Rock came through at the end. She was very knowledgeable, patient and apologetic for the break in communication. We will be using her again next year.
