I have had James Kate Roofing out to my house several times, twice for leaks and twice for inspections. When we had a horizontal rain several years past, I nearly had my sheetrock collapse near my chimney. Called James Kate, and they not only repaired my entire chimney, but also pointed out five leaks...two by the builder, and three more by previous re-roofs by different companies due to incorrectly installed flashing. Earlier this year, I noticed a ceiling discoloration in the front living area. Again, due to incorrectly installed flashing. They not only repaired everything, but also put in thermal barrier under the shingles. Hopefully won't need a roof replacement soon, but will call James Kate if that occurs.

James Kate Roofing & Solar did an amazing job replacing our roof, screens and gutters. It was incredible to see their team in action on our two story steep pitched roof. The roof looks amazing and was completed in one day. There was only one problem with an exterior light being broken while the old shingles were being removed. James Kate took care of ordering an exact match and quickly replaced the light without any issues. Alex & Allen managed all of the logistics with the roof, gutters and screen replacements. The office staff at James Kate handled everything with our insurance company. It was a seamless process and a relief to not have to be the go between with James Kate and our insurance company. We highly recommend James Kate Solar & Roofing.

We experienced excellent workmanship, fair and reasonable value, along with great communications beginning to end of project. The crew provided a completed project in good time with a clean and neat worksite left behind upon completion. We would highly recommend James Kate Roofing.

When we noticed some minor external shingle damage, we immediately called and within a day one of the project managers, Daniel was onsite. He was very patient as I located some materials to effect the repair we needed. Once again we are very pleased with the services provided. Thanks to Daniel personally for his professional manner and excellent workmanship. Thanks to Dustin and the James Kate organization overall.
We have also had outstanding work accomplished by Shannon and Joseph recently on a couple of small siding repair and painting projects. The jobs were both completed very professionally. Thanks to both of you as well.
We, of course, continue to totally recommend James Kate Construction for their array of services.

While the hailstorm was occurring in April this year, I was already on the phone asking our roofing company - James Kate Roofing, to schedule us for an inspection. Dillon was onsite within a few days and had already let me know what to expect from the insurance adjuster. As had been our experience in our previous use of the company, everything from the insurance company interaction, sales and project manager(Alan was onsite for the entire day of installation) interactions and after project finalization totally lived up to expectations.
James Kate Roofing is highly recommended and I am happy to know I have found company I can rely on in case I have a repeat need for any of their services.

I was a new owner of a home that had roof repaired after a hail storm with previous owner. The roof was complicated and a leak occurred causing water to run in to an inside closet resulting in mold. I called to see if they could help. I honestly could not have prayed for a better and more timely response. They said they would stand by their work and they sure did! They came out within a week and fixed the roof and resolved the mold issue in the closet. I am so grateful and impressed with this customer service and guarantee of work. I wish all companies operated this way. I would never use another company. I highly recommend! It is sad that I am in so much shock that I was treated so well. Thank you so much for taking care of us and our biggest investment! I honestly have never had a better experience working with any other contractor. I can’t thank them enough! This company has a lot to be proud of and they must be amazing to work for given they operate with such high standards.

From start to finish, the James Kate workers were tireless in ensuring the job was on time. efficiently with expert craftsman ship. Replacing a shingled roof requires knowledgeable workers and top of the line roofing products. They had it all. Thanks guys, to all of you who were involved in our roofing replacement. We recently had James Kate Roofing replace our roof and guttering. Their rep Alex Carrizales was so professional, helpful, and supervised the job from beginning to end. He was always responsive to every question and concern we had and also steered us to an independent adjustor to handle our claim when our insurance came up very short in their initial estimate, which resulted in almost 8 times the payment from them. As for the job quality on the roof, we were so happy with their work. The crew was professional, thorough and efficient and cleaned up after the job beautifully. James Kate is a stellar company and we recommend them highly.

I got TWO homes done beautifully! My back home had been ravaged by hail and wind storms for years and it was finally time to get it fixed. I needed my front home done, so might as well get the back home done at the same time. Both roofs match too, adding to the overall aesthetic of this property. Their rep, Shannon Lambert, was on it again meeting with adjusters and coordinating BOTH roofs to get done in the same day. The whole crew showed up early and went straight to work. Their on-site manager Allan was so helpful and friendly to work with! I knew I was in good hands. They were even able to dismantle a very old, rickety back porch frame when they came out making the back of the home so much better! They were fast, efficient, and super friendly! I'm ready for solar now!

James Kate Roofing, especially Shannon, helped us every step of the way during a very difficult time during the insurance process in replacing our roof after a storm. I would highly recommend using them. Their work and customer service are second to none. I had an outstanding experience working with Shannon during this year-long process. She helped guide us through the process. When it was time to replace the roof, their team did a great job with the installation and cleanup. Helping to address all issues that came up. They paid close attention to detail and didn't hesitate to address any issue that came up during and after the installation.

I can’t begin to say enough about this company so I’ll begin by saying they offer the best customer service. Alex is very knowledgable, and made our decision very easy and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I might have. When the work began, Wesley was there to take the helm. The team had put the protective cover over my house to catch the falling debris and my dog needed to go out and take care of his business. Wesley took the time to walk my dog around the neighborhood, what a relief for me and my dog?
The workmanship that was done on my roof is first class and with a warranty that can’t be beat!

Driven by financial gain. James Kate Roofing does a wonderful job presenting all their strengths and none of their liabilities. They do quick and efficient work; however, if they give you cash estimate--the right and reasonable estimate they should give you--they will not go to bat against the insurance company to ensure you are reimbursed in full. Like Pilate, once they get their money, they wash their hands. Don't be confused by the cross in the 'T'; it's meaningless.
I did everything I could to work with this company: to be fair, reasonable, honest and aboveboard, and in the end, I got a "I'm sorry; that's how the insurance company works." Interestingly, I got the same information from the insurance company: Liberty Mutual. All parties only looked out for their best interest, but you better believe, when they were hustling for the sale, they indicated that only my best interest mattered. Until they closed the sale. Now they are accessing me of criminal activity. I paid in full--no fraud--only trying to be reimbursed for the work completed. Debris haul off. How about hiring undocumented employees? Is that ethical? Your response proved my point.
