Trying to get a cough syrup that a doctor prescribed that they don't allow in the state's no more and they helped me with a otc cough syrup that has helped till my wife see her primary.

They lied to me telling me they had my prescription in stock then after my doctor sent it to them they magically are out of stock and will never get anymore in. Sad excuse.

This is Cynthia Durrett under my daughter's Google account. I have been a customer of KK's pharmacy for many years now and plan to be a life long customer. They go above and beyond every visit. All members of the staff are exceptional and they treat you like family. I'm greeted with a smile and they always remember my name. It is the best pharmacy I've ever used and I highly recommend them to everybody!

I have been using KK’s for years and I highly recommend them. I had a high volume of prescriptions, and changes to prescriptions, when I was going through cancer treatment and there were never any issues. I also never have to wait long for a prescription to be filled, and they are always friendly when I pick them up. I could give 5 stars if I could refill online instead of having to make a phone call, but that is my only suggestion for improvement. Ditch the chains and try KK’s.

kk’s pharmacy is a local hidden gem. All of the pharmacists and techs here are very friendly and remember you - shout out to my guy Richie!Customer service can’t be beat, and they are way faster at filling your medications compared to the big retail options in town. They also accept pretty much all forms of health insurance here, too.Support your local pharmacies!

The people are ALWAYS super nice. They go above and beyond every single time. I will get off a call with my doctor, and literally 10 mins later, I have a text message that my prescriptions are ready. They work well with insurance and providers with getting pre-auths and things like that. They are super fast. If they are out of a med, then it is usually there the next day. They also will help find you the cheapest price for medications. It's very different from the big pharmacies. The big ones are always packed, always rude, always overpriced, and they treat you as if you are bothering them. A few of them have made us wait more than 24 hours to get an antibiotic, which makes zero sense. I asked the big pharmacy if they were out of the medication and was told no 24 to 48 hours is the time frame to get it filled because they are busy. KKs has been awesome.

This has been our go-to pharmacy for years. Staff is helpful, and prices are nice on the wallet. If you don't use them - you are missing out.
