I first used Knapp Sisters/UHaul when I dropped a box truck off after moving to Mansfield April 2023. The drop off process was clear and easy. I moved to Arlington July of 2024 and not only was the process still smooth, I ended up needing the truck an additional day and was able to extend my reservation without a hiccup! The guys are the front are very helpful and thorough! I will also use and recommend this location to anyone I know!

They didn’t have the equipment we reserved, the young gentleman at the desk just said they didn’t have it and went on helping other customers. We actually interrupted another gentleman that was eating lunch and he actually helped us get in a truck and out the door. Still had to scramble around to get a dolly to move.

I walked into the office for an auto transport return. Two male employees were behind the counter. Neither looked at me nor acknowledged me until I stood there not saying a word. Then “can I help you?”. Told me to take the trailer around the corner. I get there then they tell me I need to back it up in a certain spot. Finally, I started to back my car off the trailer and they said the safety hitch broke. Who knows if that was true or they forgot to unhook it. 45 minute ordeal. Them two young men who ended up helping me were helpful, thank goodness, but I will definitely avoid this business for any auto transport needs in the future.

Cool name and good service. I rented from here with a friend, experience was great. I was helped by Eli, he’s a nice kid made the process smooth and simple. Would definitely use again.
