Awesome experience at Kohl's location in Mansfield. Excellent customer service from Cindy D- very informative and knowledgeable with upcoming sales, discounts and new brands. Offered to sign up for a Kohls charge, already have one. Overall, for the first visit- 5 stars! Thanks again Cindy D!

The reason for the low rating is Evelyn, who works in the Sephora department. A sales had been extremely helpful in locating and selecting the item I purchased. Additionally she suggested and walked me through updating my Kohl's rewards information. Once done I asked if she had a sample I could take with me. She said yes then reached under the register and fumbling through many samples then, pulled out a small card. She scanned a small 2" folded card that showed up as $0.00 on my receipt. Another salesperson, Evelyn was watching and approached with a disapproving look and tone. She said something I never heard, samples are given to those who purchase the sample brand. According to Evelyn because I purchased from the Fenty line I did not qualify for a free sample. This was not gift with purchase, it was a small maybe .01 oz free sample which probably should have been displayed and accessible to passersby. The purpose of a sample is to try something new and different. Evelyn created an unnecessary, unwelcoming and awkward checkout experience. The other young lady had already showed me the sample, told a little about it and asked if it was something that interested me. She had already scanned it and now stood there frozen as Evelyn repeated - we don't usually don't give samples when you don't buy that product line. I let her know that may be the way she "usually" rations out samples, but I will be taking the free sample and trying it out.

Got very nice pair of shoes for my kid. They have a very large collection of many brands and the most important thing is they have lots of them in all the sizes.

This location is very organized more than many other Kohl's locations. Customer service desk staff were very sincere. I wish more registers are open at the same time. The free Amazon return station is a plus.A new Sephora store opened within, is definitely great addition to Kohl’s. Even though the discount coupons does apply to high end brands, you still can get a bargain if you shop smart

Got rid of most of the checkouts. Only like 6 in entire store. Saturday afternoon only had 3 cashiers, said other registers down. Line at least 20 deep to back of store.

Kohl’s is one of the best stores and clean store in Mansfield. I love this store, and I have my family love in the store. , Kohl’s In Mansfield it’s so clean and the people there are awesome.

Mansfield TX Kohls has the worst customer service period. I used to love Kohls and spent alot there. No more. Maybe kohls is off the market now- doesn't matter that they decided to remain in business (BAD decision btw) because this location will NOT last with the horrible attitudes especially at the "customer service counter" for pick ups and returns. The main female (definitely NOT a "lady") has destroyed the reputation of mansfields kohls and they know it and have allowed it to go on for years. She won't even allow you to return something with a receipt- the same day purchased. Can't exchange for a different size- without paying additional $- because she's mean and miserable and takes it out on all of the customers especially the elderly. Theres a special place in hell for people who do that. It's a JOKE. I refuse to shop there now as does EVERYONE I know now. The markups on everything is ridiculous. Everyone else is cheaper with a better attitude (doesnt take much with how horrible kohls attitude is!). Raising your clearance prices so that you can say its 80 percent off and a cheesy chaps dress shirt is over $100. Avoid this place like the plaque. Especially when corporate could not Possibly care less. Contacted them several times and they dont care at all. Started years ago and have NEVER received any response. I totally see why the parking lot is always empty! Cannot wait to see you LEAVE and to see another store who understands how to run a business and treat their customers right move in!

This store is my usual store for returns to Amazon and to casually shop. Today I had a return and before I could make it up there to Ms. Sydney, she greeted me the most awful face and blurted out “Just one” now I laughed before I even answered her and said “Well good morning” she still said just one. I repeated “good morning”’she was upset he had to say it back. She asked have you been here before and I said yes and handed me the ticket. I quickly went to customer service to get a manager (Sam) who quickly handled the situation. Not sure where she came from, but please put the other girl back who was very nice and would greet you.

If your not white or if your not dressed up looking professional, than don't shop here. There is a very RACIST lady named Cindy in the return department. Cindy doesn't want you shopping here at Kohls unless you look like her. She doesn't have any issues letting you know that is how she feels. I know things are not perfect but people like Cindy need to be fired and just stay home away from others. I spent a lot of money at Kohls but I guess it's time to give it to Ross Dress for Less.My wife and I were at the returns returning a item when the lady infont of us asked Cindy if she could do a purchase with her. She said sure and checked her out. Then we did our return and had a small 1 item purchase and Cindy told us she doesn't have anymore time for purchases for us to go wait at a regular registrar that happened to be a 15 minute wait. I told a supervisor he could care less. We have to stop giving money to these types of businesses. Nevertheless if you believe discrimination should stay in America, we'll than Kohls is your place. Remember purchases at the returns counter is NOT allowed if you look like me. Please respect Cindy's wishes, if you purchases at the returns WHITES ONLY

Went in to make a return for Amazon and it's at the very back of the store. The heat was on so high that the employees were sweating. Not an enjoyable experience. People are more likely to stay and shop when the temp is comfortable and not over heated. I left immediately.
