Very clearly called in a prescription refill. Found out on inquiry days later they don't have it on their records. One more thing that can't be trusted without frequent follow up.

If you want your groceries in a decent amount of time, just get them yourself!! I was given a slot of 4-5 pm. It's now 8 AM THE NEXT DAY and my groceries still aren't ready. When I called about my order, I was told they couldn't give me an estimate of when they'd have my order ready. I just canceled it. This is not the first time this has happened but it'll definitely be the last. I'll NEVER use the service with Kroger again! AND THIS IS WHY so many businesses are losing money to Amazon! I've ordered groceries from Amazon a few times and it's been delivered exactly when they say. Kroger can't even have the groceries ready for my to PICK UP on time. Ridiculous!

We have ordered delivery from this location for the first time ever. They gave us completely wrong items on almost every item we ordered, and when we contacted the manager he said that they have the right to substitute items as they see fit to fulfill the orders. First big problem was we got an email that the groceries were delivered, but they were nowhere to be found. We informed the service of what happened and waited, 45 min later the guy finally arrived. This is a list of all the "substitutes" and mess ups: Eggs, 4 out of twelve broken. Manager said we'd have to take that up with delivery Milk, ordered A2 "lactose free" got Whole Organic Milk WITH LACTOSE 6 Chow Mein Beef Teriyaki noodles got Chicken Ramen packets Box of Boil in bag Jasmine Minute Rice brand got regular white rice, Kroger brand Ordered pack of Chicken Breasts got the WORST chicken we had EVER seen with pack FULL of water and chicken that was soured. Overall, absolutely depressing that our first order with this service and to get the kind of service that we did was just sad. When we ordered at WalMart, the items were ALL correct and if they didn't have the one we ordered they didn't substitute it with sub-par crap. We are sticking with WM and NEVER ordering from Kroger again.

Uh, everything about the store is ok except customer service. I'm cooking a large gumbo requiring 4-6 lbs of shrimp, rather than help me she raised a sign saying 10-8. Why wouldn't this be displayed. I won't EVER again want $100s of dollars of seafood from here. That was one component, too bad employees don't give a damn.

Had the worst service of any grocery store today. The bagger threw the raw chicken I was purchasing on the floor, left it there waiting for me to pick it up, refused to clean it up or replace it, then refused to put any of the groceries in the shopping cart. instead he just stood there waiting for me to collect everything off the counter. The cashier chose to stand there and not say anything rather than make even the slightest effort of resolving the issue. If this is going to be Kroger's new concept of customer service I'll be changing to HEB for my shopping.

I went in today to grab lobster and crab from the seafood deli. I was met by an extremely rude woman rushing me and ignoring anything I had to say I wanted to pick the lobster I was buying so I pointed to the ones I wanted and she threw a hissy fit over helping me get the ones I wanted. I literally asked for 1 TAIL and let her pick the rest. I told her to have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me and started talking to the next person. She needs to be retrained or fired. I will never come back to this location and spend my money when I'm treated in such a manner when I was nothing but nice to her. This happened at around 1 pm and she was the only one working in the deli. Older white lady

So many empty shelves. Employees on cell phones constantly. One checkout open. Rest were self check. When I am spending 200 dollars on groceries I do not want self check. Produce and vegetables were in a very sorry state. High point was the pharmacy. They did good for have a constant line.

I waited in customer service line for 10 minutes while it took a worker to do a money transaction. I asked her if she can call someone to come help her and she did not. She just kept going SLOW AS HELL. The line has 5 ppl behind me and she don't have a care in the world. How hard is it to ask for additional help in customer service it is ridiculous! Her name is Dawn. As the line grows she looks and do not call for help the phones are going constantly

When this store first opened it was the best to be found; inventory, quality and price, but as time drug on, it become the worst in the area. Not only do they not have or run out of most everything on a regular basis, when they do have stock, customers must fight the home shoppers and stockers who seem to roam and block the isles at all times of the day, not to mention the home shoppers are, as a rule very rude. I live in the neighborhood closest to this store but choose to drive to Market Street or better yet, Tom Thumb’s where they still value customers, provide great service and have a great selection of fresh and reasonably priced produce.

So I go in to Kroger to purchase toilet paper no signs are posted limiting quantities. I get nine packages of toilet paper and go to self check out. So the attendant is just watching me scan my toilet paper then tells me I have to call someone to see if you can "take" this many. . So I proceeded to tell the attendant there's no sign posted limiting quantities. Some employee walks up and tells me she hast to go check to see if there's a sign. Low and behold there is no sign and some other reject comes over to tell me they have the right to limit quantities neither one of these rejects are part of the management team. Long story short they would only let me purchase two. Meanwhile I'm still asking them how they can limit quantities when there's no sign posted. I left with my two packages of toilet paper and called corporate customer service promptly. What amazes me is that I've seen people purchase several of the same item and nothing has been said.

everytime I visit mansfield texas I always shop at this store but this time during this winter storm I went there to grab some lunch meat and other items due to our power being out as I approach the freezer all of them were zip tied and no customers were able to purchase any meat , dairy, juice , eggs , product because the store had it all tied up also crates on the meat bunkers my question why? couldn't we purchase it . all thos e customers in there shopping oou of produce and side counter merchandise why is krogers saving their merchandise instead of allowing customers to purchase it . this happened Monday 15th.2021 . very hurt customer
