Horrible staff. Everyone is outrageously rude. Called to ask a question about my prescription and was hung up on. I thought this location was improving but it certainly isn’t.

I love the app for the pharmacy, I order my refills through the app and a day or two later I get a text letting me know my prescriptions are ready. Fast friendly service at the counter when I pick up.

Rude and indifferent staff. Poor notifications and communication in regards to your prescriptions availability. This is too important of a service to be this incompetent. Kroger should shut down this pharmacy until they can get their mess organized.

Our Kroger Pharmacy on Broad in Mansfield, TX, always exceeds our expectations. They routinely get prescriptions filled ahead of schedule and do a great job keeping us informed. They help us get the best price on the occasional prescription not covered by our insurance. Excellent service.

The service is very easy and quick. They have everything taken care of before I come. There is an app between the pharmacy and me, which helps us to communicate faster....so I don't have to keep calling for every refill. It's a great place to receive my medicine. :)

Horrible service, employees are very rude and unprofessional. Takes SEVERAL days for prescriptions to be filled and half of the time they don't even call or text to let you know your meds are ready. This pharmacy was one of the BEST when i 1st started getting prescriptions filled at this location but it's drastically changed within the last 3 years and so has the grocery store. HORRIBLE MESS, I'm switching pharmacys because with the way the service is now, it's only a matter of time before they end up giving us the WRONG MEDICATION!!

The worst experience. Time after time. I'm switching all prescriptions ASAP to somewhere else. I'm in line with 16 people ahead of me ( I counted ) on my third trip back and forth from my house in an hour and a half. Had wrong info. In computer. so, I had to go home to get it even I was here 2 days ago and they had the proper info. In the computer. 2nd trip they gave me pills she stated that could not be refilled instead of my needed after Chemotherapy medicine my mother desperately needs. Understaffed. Manager very unknowledgeable on healthcare system and different coverage. Manager also apparently cannot wear n-95 mask properly. Must have skipped the training that day.

The other reviews here are correct. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE... The staff... including the little huspanic lady.. yup her. Hoodness, i mean goodness, the attitude is nasty. Down right 100% rude... Will stuff you over and be nice at the end. I think they need prescription themselves ?

This pharmacy consistently bills the incorrect "insurance" for me. As if that isn't bad enough the drive thru lanes are never open. This isn't new. This has been for months now. I chose this pharmacy for certain reasons. At first people were extremely rude. Now there is a wonderful woman I talk to sometimes. That doesn't make up for the other inconvenient things though. I'm in line right now because the drive thru lanes are closed of course. There are at least 4 people back there and 7 people in line. Only 1 person helping customers.
