If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I have been experiencing issues and miscommunication with them since I had my 90 day prescription sent here last month. I’ve used this pharmacy in the past for other prescriptions with no issues, but for some reason now they have went so downhill it’s not even funny. When I went to pick up my 90 day script they claimed they could only give me 30 days worth and to contact my insurance about it. Insurance said there shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place and they were told by the pharmacy that the other 60 days of my prescription would be on file and could be filled whenever it was time. Well this month comes around and it’s time for me to call because I am out of my medication, and they stated that the script has been voided and that I would have to see my doctor again to get a new script. I asked to speak to the pharmacist herself because this didn’t seem right, and was met with one of the rudest people I have ever met who spoke to me with incredible disrespect, yelling at me over the phone telling me that by “law” this isn’t possible, but didn’t have any records in my account of insurance reaching out and this being communicated to them, my past refills, or any reasoning why I was denied the whole 90 days when I came to pick up my prescription. Never had an issue with this at ANY other kroger pharmacy. Very sketchy, and their employees probably screwed up by saying it was possible whenever it wasn’t but they can’t just admit to that. Just go somewhere else. It’s not worth the confusion and being spoken to like it’s all your fault they screwed up your meds. At first I wanted to reach out to corporate because of the extreme unprofessionalism but decided it’s not worth my time and to just never visit this pharmacy again…..

The pharmacist lady is very rude...I sent my husband to pick up my medicine and she is acting as if she is God...iam not coming back there no more.

This is my pharmacy and has been for four years. They have never been anything but courteous and efficient. Each person I speak with is intelligent and well-trained. Never have I felt anything but appreciation for being their customer. This is the way a pharmacy should be!

We have been using Kroger pharmacy on 3001 Matlock for several years. The pharmacy technicians have always been polite and helpful. My husband takes multiple medications and the pharmacist Aaron is always and I mean always helpful. We have called upon him several times to go over the meds and he is always patient and very thorough. Highly recommended

Called today and asked to speak with a pharmacist because i had some questions regarding my medication. I was hung up on twice. Finally got through on the third time. Pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt at this location. I was trying to get clarification on my medication because it was a different size and color than what i have received in the past from this location. She was NOT helpful whatsoever. She was short and so rude like i was inconveniencing her but it’s her freaking job! She proceeded to then tell me I’ve never picked up this medication before with them which is not true I’ve only had it filled there but now I will not be having any more of my medication filled here due to her. Save yourself some time and go to the pharmacy off of broad street where they have manners and aren’t rude.

Very clearly called in a prescription refill. Found out on inquiry days later they don't have it on their records. One more thing that can't be trusted without frequent follow up.

Vacations are covered by health insurance they even have a sign that says Vacations are free when you have insurance. What a crock $90.00 dollars. YOUR A RIPOFF

Are you kidding?? Pharmacy drive thru CLOSED at 530pm weekday! In addition, If you have Good Rx- it doesn't matter! They will charge you 3x more and not care claiming its not insurance so fk u! Yes, really. I HATE this store. Truly pathetic!

Go somewhere else, apparently they open at 9am but the first hour is reserved for Covid vaccinations. Where is the sign that tells a 10 year customer that information after waiting 3 days to get your prescription filled.
